I was skeptical that this driver would survive my cranking, but it's been completely solid and shrugged off all of my hardest attempts to bend and or break it! I needed to do some suspension work on my son's 23 year old car, and those bolts were pretty tough to get off, but this ratchet performed better than I had hoped, I really needed the extra leverage this gave to me, I also bought the 3/8" ratchet too, and they were both excellent. Glad they are hanging on my pegboard now for the next time I need to use a ratchet, I won't be reaching for my short craftsman, but for this one that's more comfortable in the hand, and offers much better leverage without having to use a cheater.

I've bought 2 of these now for my service truck the past 4 months. The design is awesome, works well for a cheater-bar wrench. However, the 2 torq head screws that hold the ratchet mechanics together fall out and then the whole head falls apart.. springs, gears, louvers all scattered to the wind. Very disappointing that such a beautiful product lacked the engineering to make this product durable.I have contacted the customer service and asked for replacement parts and they said they didn't have any.Update:Customer service has since contacted me and they are working to send replacement parts to fix this ratchet.
