I like that its a pack so you can put one in almost every room. I got them to help with fleas . I plugged them in my room my kids room and the living room. There is one thing I disliked I know only some people can hear it as its a pitch of frequency so its not a huge deal...unless your that person. No one else in my house can hear it but its clicking sounds and to me its loud. Again no one else can hear it except me. So I took the one out of the living room because it was driving me insane and jist left the bedroom ones. Being far enough away I can't hear it.It has seemed to help , I think prevent the fleas and keep them away. There are still a few here and there but nothing like before. So I would say its effective but if your that one person who can hear the noise its maddening.

Love this plug in.
It really works!!! I live near the lake and I use to get really huge spiders in my home. I am terrified of spiders. But now no matter how much it rains I have not seen a spider in sight. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I would really like to see how long the plug in lasts. Thank you again,

Item did not work.... ants, spiders, and mice still in my house. I gave it 4 weeks to start working (like the directions suggested) and I never noticed a different. The annoying clicking while trying to sleep was HORRIBLE! Don't waste your money. The return window expired and I had only had the item 4 weeks... and the directions say in the first few weeks there will be an increase in rodents, so I waited to give it time then my return window closed? what? ugh!
