Bigger than you think, great investment
TLDR; Great investment. My house has SIGNIFICANTLY less “cat” smell now. It’s very durable & easy to clean. If you’re a cat person, having a stainless steel litter box makes a world of difference & will last you a lifetime. The large one is GIANT, so maybe try to measure out the dimensions of the box in your space before deciding which size you get.I ordered the larger size because I’m bad at visualizing size, & in my mind, the smaller ones seemed like they’d be too small for an adult cat.The large one is HUGE, like an industrial litter box. At first it felt almost too big for my 1 cat, but now I live somewhere with multiple cats in the house. It’s great for a house/shelter/etc with lots cats. It’s big enough to fill the entire firebox of my (defunct) fireplace if that helps with size.It doesn’t get scratched up when the cats clean their paws, so there’s no little grooves for bacteria/debris to build up in. This helps with the smell a LOT & makes it so, SO easy to clean (I just rinse out any residue with a hose, no more scrubbing or trying to smack the box on stuff to get bits & pieces out).I think if I got another one, I’d get a medium size. It takes a LOT of litter to fill the large one to an adequate depth, so I fill it less deep than I used to with smaller litter boxes I’ve owned in the past.

Excellent litter box, no odor!
I LOVE these litter boxes. I am switching from plastic boxes to the stainless steel. The litter is much easier to scoop out and they hold way less odor. The size is perfect and the height is tall enough that my cats are not kicking litter everywhere but my elderly cat can still easily climb in. I am definitely going to replace the rest of my boxes with these!

Better than Expected!
I have two litter boxes in my home for my four cats. I know, I should "technically" have five, but I just don't have room, so I scoop daily like it's my religion, and nobody seems to have any issues. Previously, I had DIY boxes made out of large storage totes that I cut holes in the front of. I was recently put on to the concept of a steel litter box and was intrigued, as my boxes were definitely stained, and most certainly due for replacement. I liked the DIY option for the high sides and large size, which is hard to find from premade litter boxes.I was a bit nervous about the stainless steel boxes due to the price, so decided to start with one, to make sure I liked it. I appreciate the dimensions of the largest size, which are the same width as my old boxes, and a bit longer. Two of my cats are quite large so I won't settle for small boxes. The sides of this box are fairly high, a smidge taller than the lip to the entrance hole on my old boxes. Unfortunately, if you have a cat who pees standing up, these won't work. I thankfully don't have that issue with any of mine.I honestly didn't think that the stainless steel boxes would impact user experience much, but I was so wrong. I originally feared that the litter would scrape along the bottom during scooping and make a nasty sound, but it doesn't at all. I used World's Best Cat litter and it glides very quietly along the bottom. Scooping is so much easier than on plastic, especially the old plastic of my previous boxes. Clumps release easily from the bottom and the scooper just glides through, no scraping involved. I bought a second one to upgrade the other box, and like the idea that they could, theoretically, last forever. I'm hopeful that the surface finish doesn't change over time, as that's part of what I love so much. The only "problem" I've had with either box so far is that the first one arrived with some small dents along the corners, as pictured. These don't affect the performance of the box, and the second one arrived in perfect condition. If you can get over the price tag, definitely try these boxes out, you will be surprised how great they are!

WOW! Satisfied 7 Cat Household!
Best purchase I've made in a LONG time! We have 7 cats, 2 litter robots (one of which is possessed) and 3 boxes. Well, with this many cats, who all drink a ton of water, even large regular littler boxes turn to concrete overnight! So, I heard that stainless boxes are better with odor control (OMG! So much better), and are non-stick (very true!) I figured a larger box would spread out the litter, avoiding the concrete mountains and our bottom diggers wouldn't trash 4 feet in every direction.Well, this litter box has worked SO WELL for us! The cats LOVE IT, the smell has decreased dramatically and it's so deep, there aren't litter messes.I cannot recommend this box enough! Especially if you're a multi-cat household. Worth every penny and then some!So if you're on the fence about buying this because of price, just do it! You'll be glad you did!

S/S will prevent bacteria
Had a very large litter box with 2 extra high sides & back, a low dip in front center, easy step in/out. That box was resistible to scratches, non-stick, thick heavy shinny sides. perfect for older cats avoiding to jump in/out. I replaced it because my cats are still young, agile and based on reviews, should be easier to clean. Started using it a few days ago. Only problem is the jumping in/out causing litter to scatter onto the mat. I have purchased many mats, all sizes, at high cost, have yet to find one to trap litter splatter. So the s/s box might be easier to wash, it's creating more work as I have to vacuum on a daily basis. The box is expensive, cats have no problem using it. I wasted a lot of money on mats but now I realize I still have to look for something that will limit the excess litter that trapped onto their paws and remains on the floor.

Easy to clean.
The stainless steel litter boxes are much better than the plastic ones. They are lightweight and there is almost no litter smell. I wish I knew about these sooner, I would have saved mega dollars. These boxes wash up beautifully.
