Don't question it. Just buy it! It is adjustible around the head part. It was long for my shorter hair, but absolutely beautiful and I changed it a little to make the feathers sit higher above the bottom of my hair. I would buy this again.

The braided leather band had only a couple of small feathers

This headband is really cool but made for a person with a head the size of an eight year old. I am a small person and this headband is way too small. It is not adjustable. Hassle to return maybe I can redo it but very disappointed that I have to.
