Great help with lucid dreaming
I love this CD I play it all night with my cozy phone ear phones , I am working on lucid dreaming and it helps me a lot,great music

Fun and relaxing
This one I actually really enjoy. I have no idea, but one of the songs just makes me smile ~ and I have it playing most of the time while I am resting or being quiet. Since the accident I have ringing in my ears and sounds are amplified ~ this is helping me not focus on that as much. Soothing and playful in spots.

My journey
This and the other CD's that I bought here have enhanced my meditation journey. It helps to smooth out the ruff edges like easier to let go of distractions. This one is great. I have been on other sites that I could listen to some of it so I knew that I was interested. The Hemi-Sync is real not a gimick.

Excellent meditation CD!!
This is definitely one of my favorites to listen to before I drift off to sleep!! Headphones are a plus!! Highly recommended for anyone desiring to connect to the higher dimentional aspects of our beings!!!

リラックスしたい時の『ヘビーローテーション』です
「ヘミシンク」と聞くと、ちょっと怪しいんじゃないか？と思う方も多いかと思います。私もある意味その一人でしたが、ちょっと興味本位に買ってみました。聴いてみると音楽そのものが美しくて、しかもすごくリラックスできて、普通にBGMとして聴いていても全く問題ないです。今となってはリラックスタイムのヘビーローテーションです！
