Not living up to expectations
Product looked good and arrived on time. That’s the positives.It’s proved very difficult to position the device, I am quite dexterous and flexible but even so it’s defeated me on too many occasions, the placement of the minimal controls is questionable to. All too often it fails part way through the session, proving very frustrating and I’m now wishing I’d paid more attention to the other reviews. My advice save your money.

I wouldn’t recommend it.
I’m not overly impressed with this. It’s awkward to put on myself, it feels more like a tingling and pulsing my shoulders rather than a massage.

This is one of the best massager's i have had & meets my needs in regarding controlling muscle spasm. It would not be suitable for people that do not have full dexterity as you do need to apply to shoulders & the control is also at the base of massager & would prove difficult .

Replacement pads could be better
Could be better, all works well but the pads don't last very long and for £9.99 the pads are over priced, if you have a slender tone arms you can use the pads from that and they are cheaper and come in a 4 pack. seem to work fine for me.

Pain in the shoulders
I chose this because I thought I would be able to put it on myself, but I couldn't. Pads run out of sticking to quick so it would cost a fortune to keep replacing them. It did it's job though it helped with the pain.
