New packaging makes product smell bad and doesn't clean your face the same.
I loved the product and would use nothing else for years. The new packaging has changed the product and leaves an awful rubber/ plastic smell after you wash your face. Seems like a different product and does not wash your face the same. This company does not stand by their product.

Excellent face wash for acne-prone skin
After having the Skinceuticals line recommended to me by an aesthetician, I am very happy to continue using these products! I am in my mid-30's and still have problem skin-cystic acne near my ears and occasional t-zone breakouts. I love the clarifying cleanser as it gently cleanses my skin without being too drying. I follow it up with prescription Differin gel and have great skin and no acne! This is an excellent product, especially if you have acne that does not respond to salicylic acid, and a great alternative to proactiv.

I. Usually use LHA. This one doesn't clean my face as well. When I use my toner afterwards, there is a residue where you can tell the cleaner didn't get it all.
