The media could not be loaded. My first Lion mascot costume I received didn’t have a tail, I reached out to costumer service and Rose from Block Buster Costumes was VERY helpful and I was able to exchange this costume for one that had a tail! I’m very satisfied. It came back to me in a timely manner.Our local Lions Club now has an official Lion mascot!! I can’t wait to get started and promote our Lions Club with this very cute Lion. Costume was great for Halloween. I'm 5'6"-5'7" and it fit pretty well. It was a bit long, and it was a bit hard to breathe because the head piece wouldn't stay in place. It was a pretty big hit with our neighborhood kids!

I got this to help promote our local Lions Club and it was an instant hit!! I named it Allie so it could be a boy or girl and his/her first appearance was at our Breakfast with Santa. The Lion was more popular than Santa! Later that day he/she walked alongside our float in the Christmas parade. So far we have has several different people wear it and it has worked great! Very reasonable price and fast delivery!

Also bought this for Lions Club functions. It fits great and looks great. It is a bit difficult to get the mask set so you can breathe and see at the same time, but I am working with it.

This is the worst experience with any online seller I've ever had. If you choose to purchase, you should be 100% certain that you won't want to return it.EXPERIENCE WITH THE SELLERThe seller is "scammy". They do not reply to emails, despite the fact that I emailed multiple times to the email address they provided. They have a phone number, but it directs you to a recording that states their inbox is full & not taking messages at this time.I returned the costume on April 21, 2020. The seller makes returns complicated, but I followed all of the steps perfectly. They marked in my Amazon Returns that they would accept the return quickly, however I didn't receive the refund until July 16, 2020 and it took multiple emails & calls to the seller and Amazon to get the refund.I tried using the function provided by Amazon to contact the seller & received this message: "We are sorry to let you know that your email to What America Buys - Amazon Marketplace cannot be delivered because the order it is in regards to is either invalid or not between you and the recipient. We apologize for the inconvenience." After multiple emails to the seller (using the address they require you to use to make returns) and a phone call that went to an automatic recording stating that their mailbox was full & was not taking messages, I called Amazon & spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone, which resulted in an 80% refund within a few days.SELLER WILL ONLY REFUND 80% OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICEIn the seller's return policy, they state that they will keep up to 20% of the amount you paid upon refunding your order. I returned this costume in impeccable condition. The body part of the costume never even left the package. I tried the mask on for 3 minutes max before carefully packing it into the original package. All paper & materials that were in that package when I received it were in the package, in perfect condition when I returned it. The seller still kept 20% of what I paid for this costume.ISSUES WITH THE COSTUME ITSELFThe mask is cute, but as other reviewers have said, it pushes up against your face in a way that makes breathing very difficult. Perhaps this wouldn't be a problem for someone that doesn't plan to be moving around much while they wear the costume. Like if you're just going to stand or sit around in it- it may be perfect for you. But if you'll be active & engaging kids while in the costume, you may not be able to breathe real well. I didn't look at the body part of the costume outside of the package, but it seemed pretty basic & cheap- nothing special.ALTERNATIVES TO THIS BRANDI find the Maskimal or Rubie's brand of masks much better- they allow for more breathing room. I don't know if they make the body part of the costume, but perhaps one could find a matching animal onsie or suit elsewhere if you needed a full costume.
