They fit perfectly. The fit is a bit snug and I believe other reviews said that the controller does not fit. There's barely any room for movement after the pieces are placed in the cases and thus a tight fit - though this is what a protective covering should be like. You don't want your electronics to float around inside a loose fitting case when you drop it! I agree with the other reviews about the smell. It smells like new leather that is fresh out of the factory. Use a blow dryer for a couple of minutes and the smell should be gone. Alternatively, leave it open for a day in the sun.

A really nice product to protect your Mavic and Remote if you plan to transport your Mavic and Remote in something other than specifically built cases. While I do have the GPC case and a LowePro camera bag converted to carry my Mavic and spares. Sometimes I want to just take the Mavic, remote, and some batteries with me in a larger multipurpose backpack. I don't trust just setting the Mavic at the bottom of the pack as it may damage it or spill food or drink on it. These work GREAT! The fit of the remote case is nice and snug which is exactly what you want as it protects the unit and doesn't allow it to move around which could scratch the display or damage the "sticks".Some people have complained of a strong odor akin to "smoke" emanating from the cases. I did not notice any strong odors. If I put my nose close the case could I smell anything. Smelled like whatever material is used in the construction of the case. Doesn't smell like smoke to me nor was it offensive (not to say it was pleasant either but was not an issue)Time will tell how well these will hold up, but my initial impression is they are perfect for what I want

UPDATE:After a week of using this product, I've submitted a refund request. The reason why is because it is very difficult to remove the Mavic Controller from this case. I had to push the controller downward while in the case to get it to pop up a little, then pry it out of the case. It does it's job of protecting it, but it's too tight around the controller and too difficult to take out. I will buy a travel bag so everything can be together in one place. PS that smell is still there but not as bad.-----------------------------------------------------------------------Great quality/ very affordable/ only con is that it has a smell that smells a little like a wet cardboard box after I've opened it from the package box it came in. I've tried airing it out for a few days now but still has the smell 👎

These cases are exactly the reason I bought a Mavic in the first place--they enable me to have a small drone nestled into my backpack next to a guide book, a water bottle, snacks, and a rain coat. They fit the drone and controller very nicely. There's enough rooom in the drone case to add an extra pair of props. The cases feel solid, though I've only taken them on one trip so far.As for the smell--yes, if you put your nose in the case, you'll smell chemicals. Kinda bitter, almost skunk like. But holding the case in my hands, handling it normally (not inspecting it with my nose) I cannot smell anything. Both cases were in my carry-on next to my clothes. Nothing picked up the smell. I don't regret my purchase one bit.

These little cases are the best accessories you can buy for your Mavic. They are rugged, look good, and well-made. Sure, they come with a slight smell initially, but this wears out in no time. Put your drone and remote control in these and you can transport them in just about anything. Keeps dust and light and waste your out. Protects from impact. Molded to fit in each unit perfectly. Well worth the price to protect your investment. I am giving it four stars since my unit had a faulty zipper. The zipper worked fine, just the stitching around it made it look bad. It was a cosmetic problem and not worth my time to exchange.

The carrying case is great when you want to travel slim. I have the carrying case that I travel around with to bring extra batteries, but when I want to travel lite for a short hike or a quick bike ride, I throw it in this carrying case which protects the Mavic drone really well. The outside material is made very well and very strong, I trust the material to protect my items.I read some complaints about the smell, but all I did was air it out overnight and smell was gone by the next day. It’s not that bad of an issue that some reviews I’ve read pointed out.

I bought these for my new drone for an easy way to transport in my backpack. I didn't want a briefcase just to carry my Mavic Pro and these take up as little space as possible and are definitely sturdy enough to protect. There was a smell but I aired the cases outside for an afternoon while spraying some odor eliminators and they are not that bad now. Definitely recommend these.

Solid cases with just enough padding to make you feel like the drone is protected, but small enough to stay true to Mavic's portability. The protection for the controller (and the sticks) is really nice. I always worried packing the remote in a backpack on its own. These two could be thrown into a backpack or bag and there's no longer concern that other items in the pack will put unwanted pressure on them. Having them separate allows for packing options you wouldn't have if they were together in a larger unit which is great. I can actually put them both side-by-side in the front of my Oakley Laptop case with no bulge. Hopefully they're as durable as they are good looking!

The case for the Mavic fits well. The case for the controller is a little tight. Unfortunately the smell of the materials is really really bad, I hope that some time in the sun will cure that. Overall pleased with this purchase.
