Well i was wrong
this is an excellent quality pulley. I should have done my research before leaving a comment ugh. We ordered one. Loved it so ordered a ton more however, this company did not have them in stock so the salesman went somewhere else. those are the ones going bad. per our conversation he did not orginally advise this one that we got has not rusted and is an excellent quality item. I apologize for the previous negative review.
