Item arrived promptly and was well packaged, with the box wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a padded envelope. I definitely liked the fact there were instructions, a decal, warranty, you know....the things nobody includes anymore. Instructions for downloading software, manual, etc. were up to date, there was no "if you are using Vista" instructions. Software was easy to use, very involved if you wanted it to be, meaning abilities could be customized pretty widely. The mouse is well constructed, and truly ambidextrous certified by this official lefty. Many that say they are never asked a lefty. The side buttons are placed where you don't activate them in more lively gameplay. Or as I did, just turn those buttons off with the software. It fits my hand well, and I'm a 65 year old avid gamer. All in all, an excellent value, incredible considering cost. I preferred this mouse when compared with gaming mice costing 3 times as much or more. I know.....I believed the hype. Oh well, live and learn. Definitely would recommend this mouse to my friends.

The old mouse that came with my computer died so figured I might as get a little upgrade.Looks interesting and the subtle glowing is kind of neat. Works as expected and is pretty easy to deal with.The down side is the left-click button squeaks loudly like squeaking metal. Reminds me of an old rusty merry-go-round in a playground.UPDATE: It just died on me. So it lasted about 1 year and 4 months. Meanwhile, my original mouse lasted about 5 years before it got replaced with this.

being a lefty i'm always looking for the ambidextrous mice and this one does the trick with form and function and a high resolution of tracking accuracy and speed. i was using a Roccat KOVA+ mouse before and this feels more solid to me, as well as being quiet (the scroll wheel can be noisy on some mice - but not this one!). simple, effective, and doesn't break the bank, i like it!

The mouse was fine at first, but after a month it started middle clicking twice (for example: clicking a link in Google Chrome would open 2 new tabs instead of one). We sent it back for a new one, and a month later the same thing happen. Don't trust this Trust Gaming Mouse.

For about $25 it is one of the best mouse products that does an excelent job.I paid $100 for a xxx mouse that went bad after 1 1/2 yrs.

Very good mouse totally worth de procesos and never had a problem with it, but the cable is just a bit long.

mouse wheel scrolls backwards half the time, totally useless

I saw reviews of this on multiple sites saying that the wheel was screwed up, but I loved the design, so I took a chance anyway. I've had this for 7 months, but IMMEDIATELY (talking out of the box), I noticed some issues with the wheel click doing some double-clicking. I figured maybe it would work itself out, but it didn't, and for 7 months, I've been dealing with wheel clicks double or even triple-clicking, or sometimes not registering at all.Well, now, the wheel is also messed up in the scrolling. It will frequently, ever-so-slightly, scroll in the opposite direction of what I'm doing, to the point where it's bothersome and I'm not using this anymore.I love the appearance, I like the way it feels in my hand, all the other buttons are good, and the lights are customizable, but this wheel is so messed up, and since others are saying the same thing, it must just be a flaw with the product as a whole.I don't recommend this for this price when you can get better ones for half the price, and it's going to make me think twice about GTX as a company whenever I come across any of their other products.

Sinceramente la calificación de 5 estrellas es por la relación calidad precio (calificación modificada, ver actualización). Este Mouse lo compré en una super oferta de tan sólo $156 peso mexicanos (unos 8 dolares al tipo de cambio de la fecha de compra), y podría decir que es de los mejores mouses que he tenido en mi vida. La precisión del puntero láser es perfecta para la mayoría de superficies y la cantidad de botones programables que tiene, está más que sobrada. En general las prestaciones que tiene son más que suficientes. !Y por el precio no se puede pedir nada mas!!!OJO, Aunque precio normal actual (06-ABR-20) es de $716 pesos mexicanos (caro para mi gusto) Creo que aun así podría valer la pena el producto.ACTUALIZACIÓN. Tuve que editar mi calificación a 1 estrella y actualizar mi comentario.Desafortunadamente después de 2 a 3 meses de uso el mouse empezó a fallar en el Scroll y en la sensibilidad del cursor. Y que curiosamente ya estado leyendo los mismos problemas en comentarios de otros consumidores.Una verdadera lástima ya que se veía prometedor. Voy a tratar de hacer válida la garantía y si me lo cambian ya comentaré cómo me fue con el nuevo.

Fallo el scroll, tiembla y regresa
