This item comes out a little smaller than expected - it has a firm hold but after a while it start to get loose

wife's review: I'm generally a S/M (erring to the S), so I went for the S/M, and I have to say this is snug to say the least! It's very elasticated which is just as well as it takes quite a bit of effort to put on, thankfully hubby was on hand. once on it holds really securely, but as I said it's quite tight

The length and quality is good but just found it a bit stiff and bulky.
