I honestly bought these as a test to see if they would actually help me sleep. At first I really did not think they were going to help. When I first tired them I didn’t think they were helping until I started taking these capsules and would find myself asleep in a matter of 10 minutes. The capsules are hard to swallow, if you struggle to swallow a paracetamol tablet I would not recommend as the capsules themselves are bigger. The taste is horrible if the capsule opens up on your mouth as it’s a grainy taste but if your able to swallow it whole you will be fine as you can’t really taste it.

An honest review. I had great hopes for these pills because of the organic content and the company which I've had previous dealings with. Unfortunately, despite following instructions to the letter, they just didn't work for me. I didn't even feel the slightest bit sleepy. What a shame, I feel like I've wasted my money, and in this day and age that's not a joke.

When I think or search for Pukka I expect tea.I searched for… Pukka night tea…being used to buy Pukka flavour packs. When I saw the box… I though oooh great a pick pack!!!…I really wasn’t expecting capsules!!!! 😳😳😳. Now I have foolishly open the pack (obviously wasn’t registering that I had just bought supplements ) so now I have a loads of capsules instead of a lovely blend of tea!!!I can’t say I am not disappointed even if I haven’t tried it yet. Actually i can say it. This should be way clearer in the description. I am such a huge (or perhaps was) advocate to Pukka that I can admit this is really poor labelling!!!!

Disappointing. I read the reviews and thought I'd try it for myself as I've been suffering with insomnia for some . I followed the instructions to swallow 30 minutes before bedtime but sadly, to no avail. Returning for a refund.
