Cheap and works well
Was confused right when I took it out of the bag, but realized the clips don’t hook onto each other. The clips connect onto the strap so it is fully adjustable for the sizing.

Useful and easy to use
I cut my 4 boys hair and this prevents a great deal of wailing and gnashing of teeth in regards to itchy backs. I like the way you can loosen or tighten the neck for a close fit on anyone
