Bought this curler and really like it. I found it to be very easy to use. Plug in and it warms up quickly. Grab a piece of hair...not to big, lay it on and press button. I can curl all my head in 15 minutes. Best part...curls actually hold!

I have long hair and it has been a bit challenging to get used to. It does take awhile for me to curl my hair with this product than a regular curling wand would.

Buyers beware. This device is very awkward to use. It’s is hard to wrap your hair around it without burning your fingers. In addition to that it will twist your hair so tight you have to pull it out of the barrel. So Wish I had taken a picture of my burnt finger tips and knotted hair. I almost never write reviews but under the circumstances I believe others need to be warned of potential injury from this product.Please also note there is no store contact for this item or product support beyond the video on web page. Amazon claims they don’t even have a contact. I had bought this a gift for my birthday, and did not open it until then which as more than the 30 day return policy. I finally talked to Amazon customer service. Initially they offered me $10. I was also told I could not talk to a supervisor. Finally after pleading and patience a supervisor responded. They are accepting return but imposed a restocking fee.

I originally purchased this hair curler for myself, but it's so easy to use that my 10 year old daughter uses it all the time now lol. I was getting tired of having to use a wand in my hair and not even having the curls hold up...but this thing definitely makes getting the same similar look super quick and easy! Definitely recommend this curler to anyone debating on getting it!

I received the curler with the brush barrel due to the automatic curler not working for me. I tried this curler without the brush barrel and I won’t seem to keep my hair in the small clip. I love that it is an automatic curler. I will keep trying to get curl my hair with the barrel. But the comb brush so far is my favorite feature. Works well and my curl lasts longer than they use too.Thanks

This has finally made me a pro at the loose curl. This is super easy to use I love the short clamp just grab a piece push the button and voila you can do your whole head in no time. I didn’t think I would use the guard/comb but I lent my flat iron out and needed to smooth out my hair so I did it with the guard and it totally worked it smoothed it out and gave a little volume. My new favorite gadget. Highly recommend!!

Too many bad things, i don’t even think a learning curve is it.1) the button to turn is too close to the clamp press, so you will accidentally press the auto turn by accident. I have never burned myself on a curling iron so much in 1 go in the last 20 years of me curling my hair before!2). The clamp is short, it doesn’t hold different length or a large amount of hair. I have long straight layered hair and had to do each layer length separately as it kept falling out of the clamp.3). When you release the auto button it doesn’t stop immediately always. Again, burns. So you can’t curl that close to the top since you don’t know if it will stop immediately or keep going and burn you.I was going to try it to see if I liked it enough to buy about her as a gift for my sister, but really hate it, and would not gift such a hazard to anyone. I was so hopeful.I’ll stick to my Chi Air spin n curl. It’s the best curler I’ve ever had and has lasted over 6 years. Not sure why I bought this one, it was a waste.
