Works like magic
Despite being highly skeptical/doubtful of this product actually working, it removed the residue from a sticker inside of a book that had been removed almost a week prior. Very grateful.

Removes Sticky Dots from ribbon
I bought this to remove Sticky Dots from small sections of ribbon. Since I work with delicate ribbon, I have to be careful and very gently rub the eraser over the sticky spot. I need to rub it at least a quarter inch because it doesn't work if I just press the eraser to the ribbon and lift. You need the rubbing action to "capture" the adhesive. After removing the Sticky Dots, the spot isn't sticky anymore, so I can confirm that this eraser works on ribbon if you are careful not to damage the ribbon. However, even after the adhesive is removed, there is still a sort of residue that remains. It's not sticky, per se, and pretty much invisible, but it does have a different feel than the part of the ribbon that had no adhesive on it. Overall, it is far easier to just be careful and avoid having to use the eraser in the first place, but if you are desperate, this eraser can be used to save a project. Also, the material is definitely unique. I tried to use a few different types of regular erasers for the same purpose, but they didn't work. I bought this when it was being sold for $2 with free shipping (not Prime). For that price, you can't go wrong! I am glad I have this on hand when needed.

Removes adhesive
This is a little block of magic. I was told about this by a fellow crafter and she demonstrated its power one night at Stamp Club (shhh we don't talk about Stamp Club). After seeing what it could do, I had to get one myself. Get a little crazy with liquid glue?? Erase it. Over do it on a tape runner? Erase it! I have used this on card stock, my craft table, my cutter and other things I've put too much adhesive on. I've even used it to help peel stickers off of things.A great product that is a must for any crafter that uses adhesive, because let's face it, we all screw up at some point in our crafting and need to remove some glue.

Another neat tool to have around
If you're a paper crafter, this is a must-have tool. It's one of those things you never think you need, and you may not use it often, but when you need it and use it, you're sooooo glad to have it. I'm not a messy crafter, but occasionally i do get adhesive smudges here or there or (gasp!) drop a glued item glue-side-down where it doesn't go. And occasionally I find bits of glue smudged in places where I don't want it, long after I've finished the page or project. Adhesive Eraser to the Rescue! It's worked great for me at removing the glue or adhesive. Use a corner of the eraser and work carefully and gently so you don't tear the paper. I've been able to rescue projects that would have been ruined if not for having this eraser. If there's a con, and this is picky, but it's not smooth...it's crumbly and sometimes that makes it a little hard to rub right on the teeny spot of glue. When a corner gets too gluey, I just cut that part off and keep using it. As long as I do paper crafts, I'll never be without an adhesive eraser again

It's OK, doesnt always work
I am not overly impressed with this item to be honest. It only seems to lift glue if it is still tacky and doesnt lift it from all suraces. When it does there can still be a mark and also it gets quite grubby itself and can leave dirty marks on things. I have tried snipping off the corner but the inisde is smooth so that didn't really help much. I am so sick of glue marks I almost exclusively just use double sided tape now. It is good when it works but its not really a good solution to the glue mark problem. I find a normal pencil eraser works better than this does in many cases. This also doesn't lift glue from mirror card, but if you breathe on it and rub like you would clean a pair of glasses (I use ktichen towel) most glues will come off mirror card that way. I wouldn't not recommend it, as in I wouldn't want to discourage people from buying it as it is a handy item to have if you are a crafter but its not amazing either...

Excellent
I bought myself one of these to help with removing glue when scrapbooking and card making. It works like a charm. When my dad complained about some sticky label on a piece of wood he was working on, I brought it out and blew his mind! He wanted 2 for his workshop! A truly fantastic little piece of rubber. Super happy with the purchase

WoW! Glue gone in a flash...gentle on cutouts - ruthless on excess glue!
I use the Xyron machine for card making and have long wanted some method of removing adhesive from delicate die cut embellishments. This neat little adhesive remover is simply fantastic! I am now blind, and still cardmaking with my dies and Cricut machine - almost entirely due to Xyron. This little glue remover is so easy to use on little or large projects, & so versatile that it is getting a 5 star rating. Postal service was very good, Items were as described & well packed adding confidence to the entire experience.

LOVE it
This eraser is now part of my basic tools. It works. It also worked on my apron (https://www.amazon.ca/Cooking-Kitchen-Machine-Washable-Premium/dp/B01LZXZ6H1/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8&th=1) because it's sort of a plastic. It works also on a finished product, like a box - just put something inside so you can scrub over. I saw this used on multiple videos on YT and didn't quite believe what it could do. I'm now a believer!

It really works! But be sure the glue is dry.
Amazing! This eraser does a superb job of removing dried glue from my paper projects. I've used it with several types (Sakura glue pens, Aleene's Tacky Glue, Zig Memory System), etc. and it has removed them all. The key is waiting until the glue tries. If you try to use the eraser on wet glue, it will tear your paper. This is now an indispensable part of my crafting tool kit. It helps my projects look so much more polished.
