I have had sinus issues for years, I am now in my mid sixties and continue to self manage.Using this Alkalol has been most useful, being used with my electric sinus rinse machine. It feels so refreshing when done, and, it seems, helps very much to break down the very thickened mucous that can be otherwise so difficult to shift.It is expensive and so I save this for when a cold or other sinus congestions seem to be beyond that of regular rinsing. Although it can mean one full bottle is used for each occasion, at least it then has made a very big difference when there seems, at times, so little else to be effective.Overall I VERY much recommend this type of rinse. I simply would not be without it to be used when things are going a little bad.If you do try it, I use it around three times a day and the relief and help is almost immediate. It does take a couple of days for me for the mucous to be breaking up.So, excellent, very effective and does not cause irritation.
