Work great. Better than just about anything I've used before.
Bought these to replace the chrome steel ones I lost in the gym. (Some one walked off with them - can you imagine? Didn't even bother to turn them in. My lifting buds couldn't believe it.) Anyway, these cost half the price and are quick release. I like them. They work perfectly - easier to get off and on then the chrome "wing nut" type were. Look pretty good too - high tech, shiny tough plastic, rubber interior grip, I've used them several times and they seem to be durable enough. (Can't stand the pinch spring rings that can and will slip.) Got my id info on these and keep an eye on them.

So far so good. Not sure how long they will last, but they seem pretty sturdy. Very quick to change out, using on a 1" bar with the spin on style holders. So much quicker than using those spin on holders that came with the weights. I just ordered 2 more sets for the mini dumbell bars. Will make switching out weights so quick and easy.

These are so much easier than the spin-on locks that the bar came with. I am a bit skeptical that they will last very long since they don't seem to "lock" on very well. But so far, so good. My wife and I haven't had one issue with them to date. I hope they last.

Good product after modification
Most will use this for a quick disconnect to vary the weights on a bar however as delivered was too tight for that application. Had to be modified so that the opened inner diameter is larger so it easily slips on and off. Modification required material to be removed from latching piece as shown in the photo

I really like these. They are much easier to put on and take off than trying to use the clamps that my 1" barbell came with.
