I just used this on a 12 hour plane flight. It worked well. Not perfect but it was better than any other neck pillow I have used. It inflates easily with a few squeezes and deflates quickly. Rolls up nicely and fits into the carrying case with ease. I was pleasantly surprised at the softness of the cover that goes with it. The carrying case is nice and made of the same soft material. I did not use the ear plugs but they are just your basic simple plugs. The eye mask is cheap and definitely won't last long. I did not purchase it for the mask or plugs so I was not disappointed. Overall this worked well for my trip. I was able to sleep using it and I would purchase it again.

Bought two of these for my partner and I to use on a 16 hour flight. In terms of comfort, when inflated these neck pillows work quite well. The velvety velour cover is soft and cozy. I like the two tabs/horns that protrude--they help stabilize and support the neck. However, my reason for giving 2 stars is because of the pump inflating mechanism. In both our pillows the mechanisms did not function efficiently. Pressing the button to inflate resulted in a squeaky/noisy sound (not quiet/discreet as expected) and barely let in enough air to full. It was much faster and efficient to blow them up manually. And the bulky size of the embedded inflating mechanism made if difficult to roll/fold into a compact size gif storage. The included eye masks were of decent quality--cup shape vs flat, and just enough cushion. The ear plugs, however, were an inferior, low-grade variety--didn't fit well or flex enough to adequately stifle noise. The separate pouch for the mask/plugs though was a nice added touch to keep them separate from the pillow.

This travel pillow is easy to inflate with its built in pump and you can adjust pillow firmness to your liking. Also easy to deflate and comes with own storage bag. Bag has carabiner for easy and light attachment to purse or luggage. Soft covering can be removed and washed. Perfect travel pillow for me.

what a lovely set. Very good quality and saved my neck during a roundtrip 8 hour flight. Very easy to inflate and deflate and the eye mask is top notch.Very nice to be able to just tether it to my carry on.

Easy to carry with me, and the pillow has a nice, soft exterior- not at all plastic-y. Also very quick and easy to inflate (no blowing up involved!) and deflate.

Pros: The material is soft, there's no chemical smell, the pump works well, and the carabiner to attach the pillow to the luggage is a nice perk.Cons: The cap for the valve was put on backwards, so it can't be closed. It would also be better if the valve were on the underside of the pillow so that it never touches your face. This pillow was too wide for my narrow neck and moved around when I put my head on it. Had to send it back and don't have time to order a new one before my trip. Bummer!

Worked awesome and compact!
