I can tell you this, it tastes terrible. It has a surface taste of tropical punch but you can taste the fish. But I do see a difference in my skin and possibly hair (didn’t take a before photo for my hair). But my skin is softer, firm but supple. My hair looks shinier. I’m waiting to see a difference once I reach day 30.

Wow! I’ve tried many collagen powders but none of them really worked for me. Then I stumbled 82x’s Sakura Collagen water and I was amazed at the results! After just one month, my skin, nails and hair looked so much better. Seriously, I’m hooked on this thing!
