It is effective, easy to use and won’t damage or mar the wood on my guitar bridge. The down side might be it’s durability due to it being made of plastic. We’ll see. Otherwise, it’s a great tool made in the USA.

It works pretty well and definitely prevents you from dinging up the bridge on acoustic guitars. It’s very flimsy and I don’t expect it to last particularly long. Not surprising but worth noting - this won’t work on acoustic bass pins.

This is the best thing I have found for pulling pins. Gets the job done.

Wow. I’ve been messing with metal tools to pull pins for years leaving bridges a mess. Never again.!!! Just unwind the old string taking the pressure off the pin, put puller on pin gently twist until puller covers string as well as pin, slide tightener down , pull pin gently straight up, slide tightener up and pull pin out of puller. Used it on my 12 string. Easy and quick. I love it. Just take it slow.

So simple to use, very easy on the bridge, no prying out of the pins!! Love it!!!

Was very excited about receiving a pin puller which doesn't damage the bridge the way that a lot of pry pullers can. However, the pins on my yamaha are flush with the bridge and this unit didn't grab them, so i resorted to my old puller. That said, it works perfectly with pins that have a shoulder to grip.It's also very roughly moulded, and looks like something out of a Christmas cracker.A Nice addition to my toolkit, but way overpriced.

Pretty decent tool for pulling pins on most acoustics. No complaints other than it looks and feels a little cheap. Still works well, though.

An absolutely brilliant piece of equipment, well worth the money, and ideal for helping protect also your acoustic guitar. Would totally recommend it.
