Great value
The fit on my M4 Air is perfect—I didn’t even have to remove the case for installation! Initially, I was hesitant because the material seemed blurry, but once applied to the screen, the effect was barely noticeable. Good quality material functions as it should with no glare.Overall, a great choice for easy installation and seamless compatibility.

Almost like my 2011 MBP matte screen!
Absolutely thrilled with this product.I have 2010 & 2011 MBPs with matte screens, and I refused to upgrade for years because I am extremely photophobic and I knew the retina screen would not play nicely with my eyes.I finally had to bite the bullet this year, since I was no longer able to run all the software I needed. Grr.The retina screen is sharp and beautiful, for sure, but OH MY GOD the glare. Work outside? Forget it. Window behind your desk? Sucks to be you. Light next to your screen? Bummer. I resorted to angling the screen down most the time so that the top was almost halfway closed. And then I had to slouch a bit to see the screen. Ridiculous.WHY, OH WHY, WON'T APPLE MAKE THE MATTE SCREEN FOR THOSE OF US WHO NEED ONE? And yeah, I know the glossy is sharper, but I like my eyes a lot more than I like having a zillion glossy pixels burning holes in them. But I digress.I was very disgruntled for the first week or so of owning my MBP, and my eyes were not happy.Enter this beautiful screen protector.Despite the other positive reviews, I was skeptical that it would be easy to install, but it was, BY FAR, the easiest screen protector I've ever put on (including iPads, iPhones...). No bubbles. Lined up perfectly. Less than five minutes from package opening to successful install. There is a slight loss of clarity, but I expected that, and I don't find it distracting at all. And it will never quite match the perfection of a unibody matte screen, but it’s close enough that I no longer curse my new MBP.The only negative that I can see is that I have to set the monitor about one or two brightness levels higher to compensate for the additional layer—it adds a sort of translucent gray quality to the screen that goes away by bumping the brightness a notch or two.AND I CAN SEE MY SCREEN AGAIN! No more funky angles and constantly repositioning the screen as the light changes. No more slouching to see the screen. Way less eye strain. You'd think that after spending three grand on a computer, you wouldn't need to spend another $25 to fix it (ARE YOU LISTENING, APPLE?!), but this was money well spent!!

Necessary protection
I suffered a peened corner on my MacBook Air for lack of fall protection and I didn't want to repeat the error with my new M2 MacBook Pro. The porcelain tile floor throughout my house was grinning at the opportunity of turning my new Mac into tech litter. With the all solid state construction of the better laptops you no longer have to fear the crash of a mechanical disk, but a broken screen is misery enough. OK, I haven't drop-tested it but it appears substantial enough to do the job. It fits generally well and installs easily. The upper right clasp point on the keyboard half does not clamp as solidly as the left side for some reason, but it hasn't presented a problem. The case edges of the latest MBP's are pretty sharp and can be uncomfortable in some typing postures. This case only makes it worse. It is a softer material than the case aluminum but it is even sharper with no radius at all. It adds weight to an already heavy laptop, but if that is the price of protection, I'll pay it.

Complete waste…don’t bother!
I would give it zero stars if I could. I purchased this for my Surface laptop. The instructions don’t match the product at all. It mentions using tabs to pull the film off during installation. There were no tabs. I tried to use my fingernail and the film even seems to be missing. I requested a replacement thinking maybe it was just a dud but the replacement was the exact same. Couldn’t install. Complete waste of my time. Now I have to go try and find a different one from another brand.

Great screen protector
I love how this product came out. My Surface Laptop 3 screen has a hairline crack and I wanted this to protect it from getting worse. Note I can’t even see the crack and the screen is easier on the eyes.

It's ok i guess - a trade off between diffuse or specular reflections
I put this on my 16" MacBook Pro. See photos for results on dark and light screens.Positive:- very easy to apply without bubbles compared to other options.- perfect fitNegative:- does a mediocre job at glare reduction, unless in relatively low-light environments. in brighter environments, still will see light sources areas spread out diffusely over the screen (especially if you work in 'Dark Screen Mode' on most apps - I had to switch back to 'Light Screen Mode').- image quality is reduced and darkened, which requires you to increase the brightness setting (on top of switching to light mode), which will wear out your battery and screen faster.
