I LOVE this travel mug for my morning hot or iced coffee!!
I love this Insulated Tumbler Mug! It holds 20 oz of either hot or cold liquid & keeps it hot or cold! I've used it for both hot & cold coffee, kept my drinks the perfect temperature! I also love that you can use it as a mug with the handle, or slide the handle off & use as a regular 20 oz cup. The mug is made of premium stainless steel & is double-walled vacuum insulated, it is sweat-free, is guaranteed not to rust or leak, plus dishwasher safe! The top locks in place so well, I was able to tip my drink over & it did not spill or leak at all! I've been getting away from plastic containers, so this is exactly what I needed for travel & even at home! I'm sipping iced coffee from it right now! :) This mug can be used for any type of hot or cold drink, travel or at home! I would highly recommend!

Mostly great
If you're looking for a small (20 oz) but efficient insulated tumbler then this will do the trick.Pros:Stainless steelIncluded handleIncluded lid seals tightFits in cup holderKeeps drinks hot/coldPlug on lid is attached so it doesn't get lostCons:The only con with this product, but it bugs me, is the attached plug doesn't push back flat so if you drink through the opening without a straw then your nose hits the plug. I've tried pushing it down further and drinking at angle but really the only way to avoid it is to remove the lid or drink with a straw. The cup itself is wonderful but the lid isn't my favorite because I don't like pushing my nose up against the plug every time I drink. If you use straws or remove the lid it won't be an issue.I've included a picture of this 20 oz mug next to my 32 oz mug for size comparison and also a picture of the hinged plug pushed back as far as it goes.

some design problems but keeps drink hot (or cold)
It does keep your drink hot (or cold) fairly long, but there are some design problems. The hinged lid opener can hit your nose even when it is open all the way, which is both irritating and caused the liquid to spill out. I bought it for my wife and she has tiny nose, but it is still a major issue for her. Also, the base of the handle is located too far down the cup, so it does not seat well down in the car cup holder. So it is top-heavy and can come out of the holder (which it did once when I made a sharp turn). So, now I hold it when braking or turning sharply, which is not very convenient in my opinion. The seller contacted me, gave me a refund and said that they are working on an improved lid design. So, I give this seller 5 stars for their excellent customer service.

Don't love it. Handle slides out of place all the time and the mouth piece doesn't open back all the way or far enough. My nose presses against it and I can't get a drink without tipping my head back. Awkward. Sorry I paid $20 and not using it anymore.

-aesthetically pleasing -cover lid and mug is easy to clean Cons
I travel a lot for work so I was looking for a coffee mug that is spill proof, but this isn't the one for me unfortunately. This product may perhaps work for those not looking for a spill proof mug or those working in an office environment where there's not a long of need for movement.Pros:-aesthetically pleasing-cover lid and mug is easy to cleanCons:-not spill proof/the entire mug almost spilled coffee all over my brand new work bag-the handle part is a nice feature but it awkwardly slips out of your hand-doesn't keep hot very long-the sippy part is awkward b/c your nose gets wet touching the rubber part every time you take a sip; doesn't allow you to comfortably take a drink

Two Thumbs Up for this travel mug!
I wish there were an option for six stars, for this is one product that would qualify. The construction is a solid, double-walled travel mug, and definitely leak-proof! (I love the tree engraved on the bottom of the mug, so when it's bottoms-up, the person across from you has a beautiful tree to see.) We filled the cup with hot coffee, closed the lid and snapped shut the drink-lid, and then turned it upside down. Not a drip! The coffee was still a lovely hot six hours after we poured. We shall be ordering another one soon, and possibly for gifts for family. As Roger and Ebert used to say, "Two thumbs up."

Be Careful What You WIsh For
There is nothing wrong at all with the quality of this mug. It is as described. However, I realize I really DON'T WANT my COFFEE so HOT! I am sed to my old freebie plastic coffee mug with a slider top. It fit my "skinny" cup holder fine. I had heard about the BPA thing and since my cup was more than 10 years old I thought I would make sure I had one without BPA. My commute is only 20 minutes and the coffee will stay hot for hours -- so I took the lid off to cool it down this morning as I crawled through traffic in a snow storm for an hour to get to work. Bottom line: 1) Yes, the tap thing on the lid will come in contact with your nose, more or less, and can be irritating. 2) It is a lot heavier than my old plastic one, 3) the handle does have to be adjusted for snugness, 4) It keeps your coffee very hot -- be careful what you wish for!UPDATE 3/6/17: I have found a great use for this cup. I can fill it with coffee in the morning and leave it in the car when I go to the gym. Then it is still nice and hot when I am done working out and ready for my drive in to work.

The lid is an issue
The looks great and is well built. The problem is the lid latch does not fold flat and the plug hits you in the nose. When you get to half mug you have to lean your head back because you can't tilt the mug as the lid latch and your nose are in the way. I should also state I have a standard size nose. If the lid latch folded flat I would like this mug.
