Really small, and benefits can't be determined
Though only time will tell if the fabric makes a difference, no matter how high tech the fabric it's pretty over-priced. The pillow case is very small and even my standard size pillow is a squeeze, plus it has a zipper at one end, so is limited to a small seamed pillow - no gusset space or anything. I think the design was not given much consideration, and for anyone who has a larger pillow, fluffy pillow, queen size or bigger, or any kind of specialty pillow - don't buy this.
