I love my fountain. I had a problem with the pump not working and notified the seller via Amazon customer service. They replied promptly and arranged for a new pump to be delivered. With customer service like that I would whole heartedly recommend this product and this manufacturer.I do have one caution. The reservoir needs to be refilled often especially living in TX in the summer. One very good design element is the pump shuts off when there isn't enough water rather than burning out. I would highly recommend this fountain.

I loved this beautiful fountain. It's just the right size for our new deck. I also bot a matching flower pot in the same material and put a vining clematis in it to wind around the fountain. Lovely effect!

fountain is nice. lights don't shine very bright. if you put this outdoors the only way you will see the lights are from looking down on fountain. not so much from the front. other than that it is nice. had problem with seller but that could have been a one off.

The media could not be loaded. After coming home everyday from a 12 hour shift this fountain greets me with its lovely sounds. It’s wonderful to sit by and relax and unwind. The fountain is easy to set up. Less than 15 minutes.

The media could not be loaded. I bought that fountain 33 days ago and it just got out of the returning window, that’s exactly when it started to dripping and cracking. It looks beautiful, I assembled it really fast and put some plants to make a small garden, but it is so light weighted that the material started to crack in some areas and water started dripping out of it. Every couple days you need to refill with water, And I put it on my balcony with almost none direct sun light. I think it is just not worth it.

This is one of the best outdoor fountains we have ordered. Assembly was easy, and the style is lovely. Even has lights for nighttime enjoyment!
