android auto works fine on my skoda fabia mark 1 2004 model, if you pick this up and want to use HDMI and get FULL access to its features you WILL need to bypass its parking brake cable.I DON'T CONDONE THIS AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DON'T WATCH VIDEOS WHILE DRIVINGDon't wanna hook up the parking brake wire to the handbrake? YOU CAN JUST GROUND THIS, some head units will check for constant grounding but this head unit DOES NOT! thats a good thing as you can just tape the wire to the head unit metal itself to bypass that check.again, I don't condone this and i highly recommend you don't watch videos while driving!DRIVE SAFE!

Good upgrade to my old display in a Ford Fiesta. It still has some comparability issues like skipping music but that may be to do with the connector and not the display unit itself from what the mechanic said. The display is good but it's not very anti glare like advertised but better than the older technology in the previous versions.The sound quality is better than the factory Sony unit with my subwoofer. Android Auto works very well.

An excellent replacement for the previous old unit. On celica gen 7 need to retain stock surround. Car play works well. Not used web link yet but everything else is smooth. Using Wayz as nav app. Faultless so far.

I bought a double DIN radio from Sony mostly to avoid problems. However, I feel after doing this it was still a little more work than I expected to program the steering wheel controls.Apart from this, for the price the unit seems to be a bit of a mixed bag for value. The display is a cheap and old LCD with questionable colour accuracy, poor but acceptable brightness, and a black level that I haven't seen for years. It's not a multitouch display either.Basically, it works but having this display for the unit's price is disappointing.

The item suffers from a lot of reliability problems.The Apple CarPlay doesn't connect randomly.The steering control sometimes work, but most of the time doesn't.Can't make software updates.I have paid 350$ for the installation and there is no solution.In my opinion, the system is a waste time and money

This is a brilliant unit.I was after an Android Auto Head Unit that sounded good, and this does that.The Sound Quality matches my previous top end Pioneer unit.------------------------------The Pros:Very nice sound quality.Running through Hertz External amplifiers and Audison Speakers, the sound quality is very high end.Very Fast Turn on and Display.Instant swipe across pages.Simple interface, Always maximum two touches away from anything you need.Nice looking graphics.HDMI socket (I have an amazon Fire TV Stick plugged into the back)You can choose the default Apps used. (Google Maps, Waze, Music Streaming Service).Rear Camera Input works great.------------------------------The Cons:It will only connect 1x Phone at a time. (Even if using Bluetooth).Doesn't make the Tea.------------------------------A highly recommended Head Unit.
