I bought these for two reasons: Large capacity, and quality.It's hard to find a pill organizer that can handle lots of capsules and fat gel-caps, so I took a chance on accuracy of description, and yup! Extra Large Capacity.Another problem with most organizers is cheap construction. Those 'live hinges' and latches wear out fairly quickly. This model does away with that, it has mechanical hinges and lids latch very securely.The oddest thing about this organizer, is that the lids face inward, instead of outward like on most dispensers. This makes it slightly awkward to load and dispense, but it also makes it much more secure and controlled, reducing accidental spills.I give 5 stars on initial quality.

I love the size of each pill container. I love the alignment with day & night for the same day together. I love the fact that they do not open when the pill container is dropped or accidentally when gripping it and moving it.But it’s so awkward to get the pills out each time that this lasted less than a week. The container is too large to easily grip and flip and the door flaps have to be opened first and pills slid down the open door and into both my hand and onto the ground. I’d rather have to replace it yearly from dropping it and breaking a door than have to search on my hands and knees twice a day to locate my pills on the ground.

So far I am very pleased with this product as it is very easy to load. (Lids open like a French door ) so you don't have to keep turning the box to place pills in correctly. It is a wee bit awkward to take them out, however, but the ease of loading far outweighsthat problem. Very strong closures. I've dropped twice already with absolutely nothing popping open.

This is an upgrade for me, I have tried many different pill boxes, and they all have issues over time, I feel like this one will be far superior to the other ones, only time will tell.

This box is a bit hard to open. The am and pn are not clearly labeled for my senior citizen. One side has a stylized sun and the other side has a sort of moon. On one side there were two doors labeled Tuesday and there was no Monday. Other than that, the box is OK.
