Perfect and comfortable.

I hadn't worn some proper insoles for a while and when i first inserted these into my boots they were pretty painful to walk to the train station in! However, after this passes you get use to them and they give a solid supportive arch.I've bought a couple more sets for my other shoes now.

Whilst i bought these because they were a couple of pounds cheaper than a leading brand (my usual brand) they did not live up to the quality of my first choice, the cushioned padding and base section separated after getting wet and they did not offer a lot of support, i will not purchase these again as spending a few more pounds saves money in the long run...

They're fine and comfortable but I don't know why the price is more expensive than the wellbeing worx insoles, shown pictured (and have been used for over 3mths). The worx ones and these seem identicle bearing in mind that the green ones have been used for sometime.🤷🏼‍♀️

Did not last one week and all it did was make my feet hurt. Waste of money.

A superb pair of shoe/trainer inserts which I’ve put in a pair of casual boots. They had a very mediocre thin sponge causing fatigue and putting these has been a night/day feeling.Cutting and sizing was easy as pie, with a pair of scissors I simply cut along the shoe size lines on the back and done. You can be extra accurate, as some footwear can be slightly off from listed sizes, so just match up existing inserts, trace and cut.It’s been many weeks and the feeling of good support is still the same, with very little feet dampness and no fatigue after many hours. They will eventually compress but that’s the nature of such products at any price bracket. Good product
