This knee pillow is very effective. I use two, one between my thighs and one a little lower, just below my knee. The pillows are just firm enough to provide the support I need and just soft enough so as not to bother the leg on the bottom. The white cover is comfortable and seems to be moisture wicking and cooling. I find the pillows do not make me too warm which has been a problem with other pillows. The pillows had no odor when I received them which is a huge plus. So many other pillows have a strong chemical smell that make them un-usable for months until they air out. I looked for and purchased other pillows from this same brand. The only negative issue I had was I received the wrong pillow twice when trying to get the second knee pillow. The company kept shipping a knee pillow that had a tan plush fuzzy cover which was not what I ordered. I eventually received the correct pillow and there were no issues with returning the incorrect ones. It was just annoying to have to go through that process. But the pillow with the white case was worth the effort. Thank you for making such a good product.

We researched a lot of knee pillows online before finally deciding on this one due to a sciatica flare up. This pillow's only minor flaw is the large "Under Penalty of Law This Tag May Only Be Removed by Customer..." which is easily removed by cutting it off. I saw other reviews on here where some attempted to rip it off but that resulted in a tear along the zipper line. The cover is extremely soft and we love that we can unzip it and wash it occasionally. The pillow stays cool when in use and we love that its pillow has Microban built into it which is a plus in our opinion. Even better this pillow allowed for a consistent pain free sleep over many weeks until the inflammation dissipated. I am a slide sleeper and this works great and I get comfortable immediately for a good night's sleep. Highly recommend.

When I ordered a second one of this same BioPedic knee pillow, I was sent a pillow that was similar but sold for half price with eBay. The item I received the second time was not of the same hypoallergenic material shown on Amazon but a greyish microfiber covered knee pillow. It felt very similar to the BioPedic that sold for twice the amount on Amazon. Amazon was great a indicating they will send me a replacement, but I hope it looks and feels like the one I bought a couple months ago. I figured it would be good to have another for traveling. I've used a knee pillow ever since I was in an accident years ago. I have trouble sleeping when I travel and figured it might be worth having a second one that's ready for on the go. I really like the cushiness and that it does not cut off my leg circulation when I sleep. I hope they send me what is in the picture this time around.

Like it. Relieves my siatic pain. Stays put throughout the night better than any knee pillow I've tried even though I roll over often. Instead of white, I received a gray color. Actually matches my bedroom decor better so no prob. I now own 3 in my different homes.

Very soft foam with a very easy to remove cover. My wife loves this pillow because it does not get uncomfortable during the night.

I love the comfort and security this pillow provides.

Seller was good, good price, fast shipping item as described. Could be a little thicker than it is.
