Hunten Outdoors 21 LED 2.0 MP Day/1.3 MP Night Infrared Flash Camera

Purcahsed to watch my property while I am away. I am not a hunter but love the simple set up and photos day or night. No flash to give away it's position, IR lights do glow so if you look right at it you will see the camera. Up high no one will notice it. I put tape ove rthe led red and green light so they can not be seen. Good photos, so far great battery life. If it had multiple mounts I would hve gave it 5 stars. I made a bracket that cost me about a dollar and was all set. Get 2 of these. Great deal.

If you want a camera that lasts more than two seasons, look elsewhere. This was the second camera delivered, first one did not work correctly and was promptly replaced by Amazon. The second one made it from August 2013 to December 2014. When batteries were changed out the camera would not cycle back on, several sets of good batteries (1.57 -1.62 volts each) were tried with no success. Also of note was that the date of manufacture was January 2011, so an old camera to start with. Pictures were acceptable when it did work.

So far this is a good game cam., but it takes to many pictures, placed it on a pole next to our pond on a windy day, took 1096 of pond wakes, moved it to a new location , the next day it took 960 pics of fast moving clouds. The battery life has been good with C batteries, ordered 2 6-volt and a battery changer. Pictures are good for a 2 MP camera. Overall very happy.

Had trouble out of the box. Sent Hunten Outdoors a message and asked for help, no response. Customer Service does not exist with them. However after some research on forums and messing around I was able to get the camera to work, pictures are great, however it does go through batteries.

Own three of these for North Texas Ranch. Excellent for trail, quick trigger, reasonable picture quality. Very sensitive to movement, Beware if you use over game plot with trees or vegetation in view. The sensitivity will give you hundreds of pictures because of wind movement with no game in view.

I bought this camera to replace a wore out Wildgame Innovations 2mp camera. It took great pictures in the daylight but the not time pics were terrible. I had a deer within 7 yards of the camera 3 nights in a row and you could barely see the outline it. I tried moving it around but no luck. I sent it back and bought a Moultrie M880. Twice the price but well worth it so far.

I bought this to check for some vandals on my property. I set it to take photos from 5 pm to 5 am, and the photo quality was outstanding. There are 2 lights on the camera that I covered to help conceal it.

I used this camera for 2013 deer season and have gotten great quality pictures everytime from it. Easy to attach to a treeand as long as you have the animals there they will smile at you. Even at night. I will be using it again for 2014. Also when it rains you may want to put a piece of tape over the lense so that way you don't have raindrop pictures., just an idea.
