I love this. I love the feel, it’s anti-slip and when I wear my gloves, because of my work, it grips it perfectly. I bought the white one. But because of the metal underneath, I won’t microwave it. Originally, I bought it to microwave it.

I loved everything about this bottle when I received it! I'd been searching for a bottle that was insulated, not glass (I'd broken too many glass bottles), and didn't have metal touching the beverage because I hate the metallic taste. This seemed to be the perfect bottle and is also so aesthetically pleasing. However, the ceramic coating started to chip off within the first few times I washed it. I use ceramic coated cookware too, so I know how to handwash carefully. I only used a natural-bristle, wood handled bottle brush - no plastic or metal touched it, but the ceramic still is chipping off. Now I worry that there will be ceramic flakes in my drinks and a metallic taste :( Unfortunately, I was traveling when it was delivered so by the time I opened it and started to use, the return window was closed (only returnable for a couple weeks). Wish the company would replace items that chip this easily.

The product chipped within a few days of use. It is not water tight either. I used it to transport water for my CPAP machine instead taking a gallon jug ( which I ended up buying anyway), when I got to my hotel I found the water had leaked out saturating my clothes. I use it now for keeping water cold and will not lay it on it's side again!.

Love this bottle so much. It doesn’t hold a whole lot of liquid, which is honestly my only complaint. But it is a beautiful and modern design. I fill it with ice and water in the morning and at the end of the day it still has ice inside. Have tried hot coffee inside as well and keeps it warm. Buying another one for the husband! Def recommend this bottle.

After a few months use, the ceramic coating peeled away from inside edge of bottom of bottle, revealing black metal underneath! Very unhappy about this, I'd really enjoyed everything else about this bottle. Now it's not safe to use, the metal might expose me to toxins. I emailed the company to report this and request a refund, but the rep emailed back a NO to the refund. She offered no apology about the peeling, nor took any company responsibility for it. Instead, she suggested that perhaps I had damaged it with a utensil or sharp object. I felt very put off by her comments, and would never again do business with this company.

Loved this at first, but after just a few months of use the ceramic coating is chipping off. 🫠Also the lid ends up pooling liquid and will sometimes leak out.
