SWANSON CHAGA MUSHROOM 400MG 60CAPS

I ordered the Chaga mushrooms due to the increasing symptoms and uncontrolled problems with asthma. The mushrooms are only as good as the company that distributes them and can have potent anti-inflammatory properties. Swanson Premium has delivered what I need, and are a welcome addition in my regimen for management of asthma. THEY DO NOT REPLACE OTHER PROVEN MEDICAL INTERVENTIONS. However, they are a very good nutritional supplement that works for me. The asthma attacks are much less often and much less severe.

Would be a 5 start but haven't taken it long enough. So far I haven't had any issues. I'll update this review after I've been taking it longer..... Update.... I've been taking this supplement for several months now and I can actually tell it's working. I feel great and issues I had before have all but resolved. I'll be buying this brand again.

After 30-days I can't say for sure what the benefits are. I want to think this is like a building process and in time I will suffer less from IBS. At least I feel I can say is no harm is being done and I will continue to use. Perhaps I need a bit more time, a different formulation, or both?

I never expected my arthritic to disappear, nor my usually perpetually cold hands to warm to a humanly normal temperature!I have had both conditions since I was a child, and never expected to be rid of them, now I feel like a normal person. I even got up to a decent trot the other day, and I haven't run since high school! The only down side I have found so far to this wonderful product is that I seem to of lost my excess weight as well, and now have to buy new smaller waist pants! These mushroom caps are worth twice there weight in gold!
