A Wonderful Addition to the Mischief Bay Series
For Zoe Saldivar, getting locked in her attic with her cat is the day she finally figures out her life is at a standstill. No boyfriend, a best friend, Jen, who is obsessed with her first child and has abandoned her friendship with Zoe and a life that looks to be as boring as ever. Zoe finds that in order to shake things up, she needs to stop living in isolation and get out of the house. First thing she does is join an exercise class where she reconnects with Jen’s mom, Pam. But when she meets Steven, Jen’s brother, well let’s just say butterflies in Zoe’s stomach turn to elephants stomping all over the place. But when a crisis happens to Zoe, she will find that when life happens, complications come around that will show not just Zoe the answers but also Jen and Pam as well.I absolutely adore this author’s work. Her stories are filled with believable characters, captivating stories and full of so many wonderful feel moments that you can not help but get caught up with it all while reading it. I laughed, cried, cheered and growled my way through A MILLION LITTLE THINGS and loved every minute of it. The characters are what draw you in and steal your heart. We met Pam and Nicole in The Girl’s of Mischief Bay (book 1) and I loved revisiting her in book 3. It was fun to see how they are doing now and see how their lives are changed. Meeting some new characters-Jen. Zoe, Zoe’s dad, Miguel and more helped me love this small town even more. The story moves at a fast pace but doesn’t take away from story that connects Zoe, Jen and Pam.A MILLION LITTLE THINGS is fun, sweet, tender and by god, totally addicting. This is an author who knows how to reel their readers in with each page flipped and subtly steal their hearts in the process. I loved seeing Zoe, Jen and Pam learn and grow as the story unfolded while I laughed at some of of the scenes with Miguel and Kirk’s partner, Lucas. Those scenes helped bring some joy and lightness to the story even as the reader winds their way through the storylines and falls even more under this author’s spell. If you haven’t tried this author’s work before you need to race to get the books in this series or any of her other ones. All are amazing and you won’t resist after reading just one of Ms. Mallery’s book for another book of this author’s. I am eager to see where she goes next for her readers to enjoy and look forward to visiting Mischief Bay again in the future. This is an objective review and not an endorsement

Another warmhearted book! Love it.....
I love the different stages of love & friendship Ms Mallory weaves in her stories and A Million Little Things did not let me down. Zoe's character at times made me laugh and cry! Strongly recommend this for anyone whether they've read the Girls of Mischief Bay or not. But if you haven't, you should!

One of Susan's best.
Wow I want more. Three different stories that intertwine. Jack finally talks to his mom but does he get a baby brother or sister? Do Zoe and Steven get together and is it a boy or girl. Does Pam fall in love with Zoe's dad. I can hardly. Wait for the next book. I hope it comes soon.

A Saturday get-away-A Must Read!
The entire series will captivate your Saturday and leave you feel a mix of emotions and hoping all will turn out like you want it too, however the author does add the twist so what you may think is the best ending she turns it into an ending that is sure to make you agree that it was what it should be. If that doesn’t make sense it will when you read the series. A must read!

I Adore This Book!
Oh, how I love this book. It's funny, but reviewer Jeannie Autry already said pretty much what I planned to say; that my favorite Susan Mallery book was "The Girls of Mischief Bay," and that this book, I love just as much. I adore every single character, even naughty older Lucas (not that I care for his dating young women, though) and that there isn't one character I dislike. That's rare, to love every single character, in a book which is loaded with them (they are characters in more ways than one).Even the two pet dogs are adorable personalities. I want a Chinese Crested!!!The point is that I'm only just past the halfway point in this book, and every day I'm so glued to it that I have to literally stop myself from reading it so quickly...it would have been finished in at most two days otherwise. I'm trying to make it last (ha ha ha) a week. Not gonna happen. How anyone could have given "A Million Little Things" only one star is mind-boggling. It makes no sense at all for such a great book. No wonder only one person gave it one star.Buy this book! You won't be disappointed!

Really enjoyable
The relationships between the characters are well developed. There are a number of different topics that are dealt with in a sensitive manner. Pregnancy, helicopter parents, dangerous occupations, love interests at different ages and with big age differences are all included in a very good book.

Good read
First, let me say, this book was well written and the subject matter well addressed. Postpartum problems are very serious matters. Regardless, there is humor, romance and lots of love. It's a little bit too serious for me, but for you who like that, it is great and recommended.

Another Great Susan book
This is book number three, but would make a good stand alone book. You will be captivated by this series. Susan has a way to take things and twist them so your interest flows and the book never dulls. The storyline is well developed with believable with likeable characters with many different topics in this book. As usual she has written in humor, romance and lots of love. I recommend this book for a nice afternoon read.

Mother issues
A comfortable, undemanding read and a cross generational romance, with well drawn characters, only one of whom i was unable to like. This was Pam, a fairly recent widow and mother of three adult children. Her dogmatic attitudes and old fashioned morality made it hard for me to believe that she is only 52.The other characters are sympathetic and their interwoven lives and dilemmas represent a rich tapestry of contemporary life.

Cool book!
Cool book! So many intriguing characters: the panicky new mother Jen, the overprotective of her kids widow Pam, and of course Zoe - just fresh from her break up. Male leads - Miguel, Lukas, Steve, and Kirk are also charming, determined and strong. A very fun to read book!
