Sterling Silver Gold Tone or Rose Tone Created Blue or Pink Opal Nautical Sea Turtle 18" Pendant Necklace

I got this as a gift for my mom for Christmas. She hasn't seen it yet, but she'll love it. The blue opal colors are beautiful (true to the photo), and the sterling silver is legit. It's a very well made pendant with nice details and should last a long time.The only con is the chain. While it is sterling silver too, I am disappointed that it is so thin and short. I'm not sure why every nice pendant necklace I find is only 18", but I wish that weren't the case. Too short!! The chain is nice, but doesn't feel durable. Maybe it will hold up, maybe it won't. I'll update the listing if it actually breaks. I'm still giving this 5 stars despite the chain, because I bought it for the pendant, not the chain.All in all this makes a great gift and comes in an adorable gift box.

I love this piece. It is exactly as described. Fortunately I purchased another chain to use with it. The one that came with it was in a knot when I received it. Couldn't straighten it out so ended up cutting it off. I would still purchase it again because the pendant is lovely and just what I wanted.

The pendant looked even better in person. It arrived in a very nice gift box. Great presentation. I can't speak to it's durability as of yet, as I only received the pendant a few days ago, but if it holds up for any length of time, I would definitely give it 5 more stars!!

Almost perfect, the chain is a little weak. This is actually the second one purchased, I'd gotten the first one for my girlfriend for Christmas and the chain broke at a public event, causing her to lose the necklace. Other than that it's great. Just the right size to be tasteful and not gaudy. She's received a lot of praise on the look of it, winning me extra boyfriend points.
