Great Ring, Poor Sizing, Poor Customer Service
The ring is very cool. Good color quality, good stainless steel, good nostalgia. HOWEVER, like a previous amazon customer, the sizing is VERY POOR. The customer service is poor as well. I contacted them, stating that I received a Size 6 ring instead of a Size 7 and would like an exchange please. This is their response:"we measure all our rings before shipping them. We shipped a size 7 per your order. Some people feel they run small because they are so wide. Below are our exchange instructions. I would suggest exchanging for a size 8 if you think you need a whole size larger than the size 7 we sent."Delightful. Especially the subtle suggestion that maybe my fingers are fat and I don't know it. But I get it, you can't just take the word of every customer that comes to you with "facts", right? You have to stand by your product but be flexible at the same time. It's a thin line to walk, I know from personal experience. But when you have multiple customers with the same serious issue, that should be a clue to double or triple check your own facts and make sure you're not being blind in an effort to be right.Rings are not clothing. They don't vary in size depending on the country's measurement system. Rings vary in size if you use cheap measuring equipment, or just generally don't care much.I've included photos of my WIDE BAND 925 silver thumb ring, Size 7, bought at a Fine Jewelry shop in Monterey. And my thin band 24k gold wedding/engagement set, a size 7 when handed down by my Mother In Law but resized to Size 6 at our family jeweler before my wedding. I'd like to point out that my family jeweler ALWAYS checks the size of your fingers with all 3 of his sizer sets to be SURE of the size.My rings are stacked on top of the Mood Ring to illustrate the size in a more visually obvious way. I can include video upon request if anyone doubts that the mood ring is underneath my rings.

Very Nice Ring But Runs Small
I thought the ring had a unisex look to it so I bought it to give to my 2 grandsons one of which loves the idea of wearing rings. It is a very well made ring for being so inexpensive. The sliver bands are metal and not plastic so they have a nice weight and feel about them. The mood ring in the center easily changes colors, just touching it to pull it out of the box made it change colors. My main purpose in buying the ring was to give my grandsons a nice ring that would fit a child and they could have fun wearing. This ring does all that!! People had said the ring runs small and it REALLY DOES RUN SMALL. One grandson wears about a 5.5 - 6 so I ordered a size 7, 7.5, and 8 hoping one would fit him and another would fit his brother whose fingers are bigger. They ended up wearing the 7.5 and 8. These are 11 and 12 year old boys , one is very thin. My ring size is a 6 and the 7 was small on me, the 7.5 fit, and the 8 was a bit to big.

I got a different kind, too. Check it out.
I got a different kind, too. Check it out. I ordered this specific ring because PICTURED is a ring with a wider stainless frame, and sparkles in the colored part. What I RECEIVED was just a plain generic band. Little silver, no sparkles. (sigh) OK, I know it's only 9 bucks, but it's still annoying to end up with something other than what you wanted and expected. I still like the ring, fun to wear, and changes color properly, but I would have liked the pictured ring better. :-( Came in a cute box, with a color chart. I 'sized up' 1 size- good thing because it's still snug, but fits. Just beware, that if you really like this style, you may get some RANDOM ring. :-/

Bought this one month ago
I have worn it almost every single day, and I do love it. The picture is fairly accurate, but there is glitter in the ring, and while it does look very pretty, not everyone loves sparkles. There was one small defect, a small black dot on the color changing band, I hardly notice it. I've been fairly brutal to the ring, spinning it, rolling it, twisting it on my finger (I got it a half a size too large, but it's still very comfortable), and the stainless steel is scuffed up, but this is still a high quality ring. Despite a daily shower, the temperature sensitivity is still spot on. This is much higher quality than the "one size fits all" rings, and it's been fun to have people try it on and watch the colors change in seconds. I would definitely order it again if I lost or broke it.EDIT: While the middle "mood" band has been damaged, this was due to getting water on the ring. It would have been helpful to know that, but it still works well, and looks pretty. Has held up to daily wear and tear.

Outstanding value, solidly made
I get cranky about cheap pieces of junk. This is NOT a cheap piece of junk. It''s solidly made from stainless steel. It won't green your finger, and it is not going to break or warp. The color changing is terrific - the changes are obvious and bright, and there are many very distinct colors. (For those who don't know, a mood ring changes color based on temperature).A few reviews said it came without a chart to show what "mood" matches each color, but my order came with this chart, plus a cute gift box with a nice little bow. Perhaps the company didn't originally send the chart but it appears they do now.The fact that it's not adjustable for size is a good thing, because adjustable rings tend to break or warp. If you're shopping for a child, get the smallest size (5.5). I don't think it will fit a small child, but it should work for a preteen. This is a great buy, and I feel I got outstanding value for the money.

This is a ring.
I bought this ring somewhere nearing the end of the summer. It works based on temperature and so summer and the beggening of fall were the best times to wear this ring mainly because it would never be to cold for it to become just one singular color for a long period of time. The winter time, the ring would remain a dark brown or black almost and that's when I fugured out how it worked. Regardless its a pretty nice quality ring and I'm happy to have bought it. I still have it actually and it held out pretty nicely over the years, the colored band is scratched however that's from wear and tear so no big issues from my part.Overall, I wanted a color changing ring, and I got a color changing ring. Goodjob.
