I initially had problem with battery performance with the Type C to Multi-C cable which, was constantly charging the camera and was also too short. But thanks to their excellent support team, I found a work-around. The transmount Bluetooth controller that is being launched and the camera controller attachment that already comes with the Pro model makes this a perfect gimbal for my Sony A6600. You can also use the other Bluetooth remotes like those from JJC, Sony etc. I have owned a DJI Ronin before and I can say that I had a far superior experience with both the product and especially their customer service. I highly recommend it.

Purchased 2 units after spending countless hours and Full Sail Tech assistance we finally concluded that you can use any play app for recording but the other function do not work thru the gimble. The phone 13pro max which I have also 11 iphone works as a controlling unit for a cameras on Zhiyuns website. Please do your research if your spending and planing to use ALL functions like a smooth 5 or 4. This was my 3rd. Zhiyun product and not very pleased with customer support.
