Q: I just bought it and I am trying to install it, but it doesn't seem to fit in my sink and it wobbles when I do. Is that normal?

The large silicone ring they sent loose has to fit snug to the back of the large metal ring part- it looks like you have to just push it over the smaller silicone collar that was already attached when it came out of the box. just push it over that collar and make it flush - then reinstall. if still loose then can you swap the collar for the other larger silicone ring/collar they gave you ? that is supposed to fit IN the drain hole and make things tight.

Q: Is it necessary to remove the existing stopper linkage or just disconnect the stopper?

I had the pull lever to use block drainage. It is not easy to get to to replace with the same type, I removed the stopper only, and replaced it with this. It keeps water in the sink and pops up easily. THe lever is still there if I ever can ger to it.

Q: Any instructions for the use of the O-rings? Should I remove the one attached so that the water drains faster no way to contact the seller

Hello, If your drain hole is larger or smaller, you can replace the original rubber ring. Because the product has the function of filtering and plugging water. When rapid drainage is needed and there is no debris to filter, the stopper can be lifted to meet the requirements of rapid drainage.

This little stopper is amazing. It truly catches anything that falls in the sink. It was easy to install and just as easy to clean and return to the drain. It works so well I have one in every bathroom sink. With long hair, it’s the only way to save your plumbing from being clogged.
