Faulty Screen: Turned On, But Irresponsive to Touch
This phone screen replacement kit was shipped in a timely manner and well packaged, however it did not function correctly. After installation, the screen turned on and responded to a double-tap in order to bring up the locked screen, but it did not respond to any other form of touch which made it completely unusable. To remove any doubt that I had installed it improperly, I completely disassembled the phone once more and reinstalled the screen a second time, which unfortunately yielded the same unsatisfactory result. I then reinstalled my old, cracked screen, and everything worked fine (including sensitivity to touch), which provided conclusive evidence to me that the screen was defective. It is frustrating to spend nearly an hour disassembling/reassembling a phone only to discover that the screen is broken. The only reason I'm giving this product two stars, instead of one, is because the seller shipped the product quickly and accepted the return without hesitation. Overall, I would recommend going with another screen though.

Broken part
I took this to a professional serviceman to replace my ASUS Zenfone2 screen and phone and was informed shortly thereafter that it doesn't work at all. I bought the best one I could find at Amazon because I wanted a quality part, but obviously this is off the mark.
