Barre dynamite!!!
I have been doing Suzanne's other Barre videos for a couple of years and love them, especially the original. However, this DVD is my new favorite. I didn't have a trampoline, but bought one specifically to use with this DVD. I got the cheapest version of the Jumpsport and highly recommend it, as it is much quieter and more comfortable than the cheap spring style trampolines. Now on to the DVD! Suzanne is awesome as always and is the perfect mix of encouraging and energetic without being overly perky. All of the workouts are energizing and fun, but my only critique would be that I wish the cardio was first, because I like to use it to pump myself up for the other workouts. If you have never done barre, I'd recommend getting her original Barre Amped DVD first, as it has an extra section where she walks you through the key moves and it will make sure you have good form before tackling this DVD. However, once you have the basics down, you can rotate the two DVDs as there are modifications in both. Then add Fire and Boot Camp once you have acquired some strength and are ready to tackle the next challenge.I would never have purchased a trampoline without this DVD and it has been a wonderful investment. I start every morning with 10 minutes of jumping, which is a great way to start the day with energy without a huge time commitment. After doing Suzanne's workouts for a couple of years, my legs are strong with visible muscles and my bum went from pancake to perky. With the addition of bouncing, my cellulite has decreased by at least 50% and my energy is through the roof. Thanks, Suzanne!!!

Purchased by accident - kept it and love it!
I purchased this by accident while looking for exercise videos to do with my mini rebounder. I could have reversed it once I realized it, but decided to keep it and see what it was like. I love it! I do 2 of the 11 minute sessions in the morning and switch it up. Sometimes stretch and cardio, other times, cardio and upper body, etc. It doesn't feel like exercise when I'm doing it, but when I stop I start perspiring and am "heated" for at last 30 minutes afterward. It was a "happy accident."

Who knew a trampoline workout could be this fun?
This DVD is so much fun. You work up a good sweat and feel so good afterwards. The trampoline is gentle on your joints and the Pilate's/ ballet bar movements make you fell lithe,graceful, toned and strong. There is a low impact beginner's version to follow along with if the slightly higher impact is too challenging. The workouts are less than 20 minutes each and work different areas. One workout is total body. It is a fun fast alternative to any exercise routine. Who can't help but smile bouncing on a trampoline?

This is s great barre workout
This is s great barre workout, but I was expecting more rebounding exercises, then merely the barre routine performed on trampoline, with a few basic jumps stirred in. So if you are looking for rebounder workout, then unfortunately it's not the one. Else a full-body brilliant workout !

I was totally impressed around the creativity she uses integrating the bar with trampoline along with body weight to develop a workout routine that is fun and awesome! I am an exercise buff (yes, I actually love working out, but even if you don't, you will love this video!) and I was so pleasantly surprised with how much I liked her, her attitude, her approach, her way of embracing all levels and all body types to have fun with her workout. No matter your level of fitness, this video will present you with a challenge you will enjoy!

I am not sure if all of the BarreAmped DVDs are like this but the audio and lips are out of sync. It looks like there was a problem with the original recording and they opted to do a voice over. Unfortunately it is like watching a martial arts film with voice over. I hate it--the result is a finished product that does not warrant a $19 price tag.I agree with the other reviews. This is a Barre exercise dvd that makes use of the trampoline to increase core muscle and balance. For that it is great. It is not a hard core cardio. Also not to be too picky but the set is a little boring (white walls) and the filming is just ok. This really would have been ok as a cheap exercise DVD that isn't 'branded'.

Great Barre workout on rebound trampoline
Love this, great workout and now one of my regular dvds. Really enjoy the variety of the exercises and the way they've incorporated the trampoline into the barre workout, it's definitely more about the barre than the bounce, so if you are looking for a full on rebound dvd this might not be for you. This is more about classic barre moves done on a trampoline and incorporating some bounce between sets, which I think is great as it really adds variety to how you can use your rebound trampoline and I am very, very happy with it.
