I have been taking magnesium citrate for the last few years, and I have found it beneficial. As my previous brand became too expensive, switching to this one, saving myself money in the process!

This is just what I needed as dietary allowance for most adults is around 400 mg. And also this is much cheaper than well known brands.

I have been using magnesium citrate for about a year now and after trying other types of magnesium I must say I feel much better taking that one. I take my magnesium every other day with extra D3 vitamin and avocado to add potassium and a healthy source of fat.At a great price as well.

I like the fact that you can remove the powder from inside the capsule if you don’t want to swallow the capsule itself. I find it best to have it with my meal.  I’m only taking one a day.

I had a problem with the absorption of vitamin D. I was told magnesium can help with that. It's working, my level of D3 is rising, and I'm not deficient anymore.

I bought this to use for my constipation issues.  It seems to be working.Thanks!
