12.13.21~ Not saying it's not a good oil but,in no form can I get it to smell like Frankincense.Not on skin. Not in a diffuser with water. Not in a warmer solo.Smells like spices? A little bitter?Honestly just don't like the scent and I Love Frankincense.Mixed with other oils but, just not a fan & life's too short for bad scents.Passing on to my patchouli loving friend.More up her alley. Kinda smells like her house.My house smells like Sage & this is not sage friendly.

For the price, this is a decent frankincense oil. I always have frankincense on hand. I use it in my skin care. This frankincense is a 1/4 of the price that I would pay for 2 ounces.This is a good for diffusers or a beginner. For me who uses frankincense regularly, it works for a diffuser but I would prefer my normal go to brand for skincare.What I received:This is a bottle of 100% pure frankincense oil. 2 ounces. Dark bottle. It has the traditional essential oil spout on it.Fragrance: it has a slightly different fragrance than my one on hand. It smells very much like frankincense and if I didn't have my bottle of frankincense right here, I wouldn't be able to tell.This frankincense is Steam distilled Boswellia Olibanum/Carteri. On hand, I am using Boswellia carterii.4 stars because for the price it is good. For a beginner it is good. Not 5 stars because it is an affordable Frankincense. There are better.

More than met my expectation. The fragrance is calming, the oil is silky. Received as described, shipped really fast.

No GC/MS report. This product smells authentic, and is it a good value. But without a GC/MS report to verify purity and percentage of chemical components I would not use this oil therapeutically

...smell.I can't describe it other than to say it has a herby therapeutic and calming effect on me when I just sit and smell it.For you who have used this "king of essential oils" you already know the benefits of Frankincense.I did some searches and decided this is going into one of my non-fragranced body moisturizer lotions. Aside from the mental/spiritual benefits this claims, it is also supposed to be great for the skin.Like most/all essential oils, this can also be mixed into a "carrier" oil for your selected purposes.For now, I'm going to enjoy the aromatherapy and skin benefits.I haven't priced Frankincense e/o, but this is a nice size bottle; I'll let you do that shopping comparison.All I can say is, it's nice stuff.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision; if so, please hit the "helpful" button below; Thanks :-).I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

Frankincense has been overly harvested and is protected in some countries. It is used for medicinal purposes by different cultures around the world and that has led to over-harvesting which has endangered the trees. The price for pure frankincense essential oil is sky high so the low-cost of this bottle makes me wonder if it has been replicated in the lab and this is not pure? It smells a little rough or acrid.

This Creationpharm Frankincense Essential Oil is a concentrated oil, one that will need to be diluted by a carrier oil before putting in a diffuser. I’d suggest picking up some Majestic Pure Fractionated Coconut Oil, an excellent carrier oil for diluting essential oils such as these. It is not recommended one use it directly on the skin.When I opened the bottle, I marveled at the scent, which reminds me of the holiday season. I have lots of common scents like lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus, and peppermint so this one is a welcome addition. It’s got a really interesting scent and would be great in a diffuser for those moments I need to relax.I’ve been trying to collect a selection of essential oils to use in my diffuser this winter. Now, I don’t have to worry about having a nice variety on hand. FYI, the bottle does not have a childproof cap. The Frankincense oil is a therapeutic grade, which I’m also considering using in aromatherapy mixtures. They do sell the roll-on bottles on Amazon if you want to get into that.This essential oil comes in an amber bottle which will prevent UV rays from degrading the oil. The bottle contains 60ml (2 fluid ounces), but is concentrated. This bottle should last quite a long time. This is a nice, big bottle of an excellent essential oil. I used it in my diffuser in the bedroom and forgot I had turned it on. When I walked into the room several house later, even though the unit had turned itself off, the room had a wonderful spicy scent. Many of the spices if find overwhelming but the frankincense is understated and calming. Good stuff.
