I will start by saying this is the best 110V spa you can buy
I will start by saying this is the best 110V spa you can buy. I had looked for months before buying this one. It has been delivered and is sitting in my side yard since we are having our back yard redone. We doubled the size of our patio and are having it covered with flagstone. Once done next week the spa will be placed and used every day. It looks every bit as nice as the pictures online. It is now in place and is working great. We have been using it nightly. This is a huge upgrade from the inflatable spa we had before. I did add a 20 amp GFCI circuit so it's on it's own power. I also installed a rocket lift for the cover.1/16/2018 update: We have had this spa for a few months and it is still as great as the day we bought it. I will add more information as of now.It requires a separate 20A GFCI circuit. It can be converted to 220V. That would also require a separate circuit.the pump is very powerful and can deliver plenty of water and air to all 34 jets when on high power. It holds a lot of water so the temperature will not drop much when using it in an hour.I use it almost daily. I keep it at 103* and the electric cost is about $100 a month even in the high So Cal electrical cost area. This is worth it for enjoying it so much.Maintenance: Owning previous spas I have found this to be the easiest way to maintain it. I use a floating bromine tablet holder along with weekly adding 1.5 Oz of Leisure Time SGQ Spa Enzyme. The water is Cristal clear so far. It makes suds from the contabinents that you can easily remove with a hand held skimmer.3/19/2020 update: With the power outages we had a few months ago the CFGI circuit cut off the power so it got cold. I used it as a good time to drain it, clean it well and replace the filter. It is up again and working as awesome as usual. I just took a late night dip tonight and it is as great as the day I bought it. three years in and I have no regrets.3/28/2021 update: This SPA has been working great but the Pump motor has been working for 5 years and is giving up. Luckily I made sure it had a common pool pump at the time of purchase so it was an easy and low cost to swap it out. I drained it, swapped out the pump and filter and re-filled it in a few hours.

Not fully functional at 120V
Takes forever to heat up on 120 and there is absolutely no insulation inside of the cabinet. Also, you can’t run the jets without the heater turning off. The company should not advertise this as a 120V because it doesn’t have full functionality as a 120V hot tub. I wish I had just bought a 220V tub.

So far we absolutely love our new spa
So far we absolutely love our new spa. When it was delivered we were surprised that it looked so deep! That’s not a bad thing. The amount of band for our buck on this spa was just shocking. When they say it can fit six “persons” we figured they meant kids or tiny adults. My husband being 6’7 and me being 5’11 are not small people but there is plenty of room for 4 people our size to sit comfortably. I was a bit nervous to buy a spa for several reasons: one being I had never owned one before and the other being concern about maintenance and costs. I have to say, although you MUST have an electrician wire a separate breaker and outlet, the spa itself has been very cost friendly versus a traditional ground-wired spa. This one just plugs right in like a hair dryer! Spa operation itself is quiet. The spa looks very high end and the finish inside is nice (not tacky). The spa delivery company (not through amazon) was amazed at how little we paid for such quality. Amazon includes curbside delivery by freight so you will need many people to move this to your backyard or a spa moving company to do so (this is what we opted to pay for). Overall the spa looks really great and I am super pleased with the affordability and ease of use.

Faulty, poor quality and poor customer support.
The tub and cover was damaged when it arrived, once in place, the control panel was faulty, no way to see which function or temperature it was set to, called customer support, they said they'd send the parts and a service person, that was a week ago and still no parts, and no repair, not that you should need repair on a new hot tub, I'm weighing my options, I'll give them another day then I'll file a complaint with Amazon.

Great value, very good performance.
What a great spa for the money! They say you get what you pay for, and I'm sure there are spas out there with lots of bells and whistles that this doesn't have, but this spa does a great job striking a balance between options and price. I didn't have the option to install a new 40 amp circuit without upgrading my electrical service, so I needed something plug and play. This spa has the look, feel, and performance of a spa that costs twice as much at a local mom and pop spa shop. There was an issue with shipping (driver grabbed my tub and delivered to someone else by mistake), so there was a delay in receiving it, but Amazon was on top of it and made sure I got my tub and a discount to boot, so I ended up paying even less. It looks like they are presently sold out, but I would definitely recommend buying one if they come available again.

Every one from the factory people to Amazon were very communicative.
We have been looking at Hot Tube for over a year and found that the Hudson Bay was the best buy. All the people evolved from the factory to Amazon were very helpful and communicated with us a lot informing us of our order status. The ease of installation was so simple. We enjoy our hot tub every day, the best investment we have ever made.

Fantastic
The hot tub has been fantastic thus far, we have had it since July and it’s been a backyard game changer. No issues with the Midwest rains or cold water so far. We stuck with the 110V and did not change it up to the 220V. You might loose a degree every 30mins. Not a big deal. The delivery process was super easy and the gentlemen was very nice and easy with setting it on my drive. I then had 5 friends come help me lift it into place. Very easy and SHIPPING was FREE! Amazon Prime... gotta love it. Thanks Hudson Bay
