Smart Storage QR Labels for Organizing, Moving, Storage, and Inventory Tracking (80)

I’m glad I found this! Makes it easy to find my seasonal items since they’re not something I use daily. I place them outside their bins and all I have to do is open up the app and it scans it showing all the items inside. You do have to take pictures beforehand and upload them to the app but I rather do that and save time looking for stuff.

These labels are a lifesaver. They make finding things so much easier! It has really been life changing! Great product!

I absolutely love this product. It has made organizing incredibly easy. It is super easy to set up & use.

Cool idea however the app is too hard to keep using it locks it down to fast and you have to log in a gazillion times to document everything.Let’s say I photograph an item I log it in and keyword it place it inside the box move onto the next photo log it in and so on each time the app logs me out and I have to sign in each time unless I can do it really fast unfortunately I’m a reseller so I have a ton of items to log into and it can take a lot to do a box. It would be nice to stay logged in.Another thing I dislike is I am not able to change my email when I signed up it took my Apple ID which is the same email for whatever reason it displays a different email for privacy which I know is an Apple thing but I want to change it however it doesn’t allow me to do so no matter how many times I try.The app is a great idea and really great when it works. I love the idea of finding my items quickly especially when it’s been a year I hope they change the log in thing and allowing it to stay logged in or perhaps allowing the phone to remember us while using the app that will Be a huge game changer.

You're moving at your panicked lots are on your mind you're trying to make coherent boxes and you promise you're going to remember what you put in that box. At over 40 years old I've learned that I never remember where I promise I won't forget I put something. This lets me take a picture and multiple pictures what I put in a box close it up I put my description on it. Then that magical QR code attaches every picture inside it all I have to do is scan it and I know exactly what's in the box. This makes moving a breeze I'm going to use a professionally in the future to keep track of equipment.

This is a great product. Thats exactly was I needed. Download the Elephant Trax app and sign up and start labeling... I hate typing each item(s) on a list. Now I just take a photo(s) of the contents inside the container and scan the QR code and attach the photo(s) to code and now I can see what's in the container/box without having to open each container in storage. But you also have an option to name the container and type a list of items, if you must and it'll be attached to that QRcode. And then you can rename and reshuffle the list or photos.

I absolutely love these elephant tags! The app that goes with the stickers for organization is easy to use and at just a scan of the QR code will show everything that is in that container. You can make notes on each picture and label each container the way you want to.

I have a lot of knick knacks (games and crafting items especially) and wanted a quick and clean way to keep track of everything. Planned to write lists but then coincidentally stumbled over this and got so excited! I HAD TO have this.It arrived yesterday and now on Day 2 I'm already at the end of my patience. Here's why:- app doesn't keep you logged in. I "saved" my email, but have to relog every time I open it. I've had to log back in 2x at least within 10 minutes as I had to close the app.- incredibly laggy. And I mean, INCREDIBLY laggy. My phone isn't old and I have the latest Android OS but this app acts like I'm trying to play a 60fps open world game on a literal potato.- app freezes and crashes. There's a 12 image upload limit which I wouldn't mind if it wasn't for the fact that even that is too much. Even at 5 images the app was freaking out on me.- app actually caused my phone to crash. Admittedly I had 20 images in my unassigned (which shouldn't be a lot, given that people pack/store more than that, no?) but that wasn't even half of my items in that unit yet...- the layout while entering keywords is kind of iffy as the image is cropped with a lot of empty space above it. Couldn't read some crucial information on the image while tagging them, but that's a personal issue (and I took care of it by checking the full image in my album, though that put me at risk of losing progress if the app closed/logged me out in the meantime...).- maybe it's the lag, but I seem to only ever be able to search for ONE tag at a time. While I can avoid that by expanding the tags on each image I really wish, given the variety and type of my items, that I could enter more than one. Again, this might be caused by lag, but the few times I got the app to function long enough to try it only let me use 1 and showed nothing for 2 (tags separated by space or comma made no difference), despite me using tags I JUST entered & even making sure it's case sensitive.- I wish there was a PC/Browser version. Uploading images is easy enough but tagging would be easier on a keyboard. I can live without this feature, but it would help tremendously.- you can only tag 1 image at a time (unless lag got me once again). I tried marking 3 images that needed some of the same tags and hit Keywords. But it made me do it for each individually which gets tedious fast.. Something I could still live without if it wouldn't lag so badly. I've spent hours now getting 25 items into 1 code, I'm not even halfway done and half the time scanning the code gives me an empty box. The other half it does display the items, but it takes several seconds to even get to scroll one line, and that's assuming it won't freeze.I really really wanted to love this, and I still do, but it's so painfully unusable for me that I just can't give it any stars. I hope there is or will be a fix/improvement and I'll change my review accordingly.Given it's only 8 bucks for 40 labels it might be worth a try for people with very few items, or maybe their phones are supercomputers... I might just be an unlucky case given the otherwise positive reviews.

La app no se encuentra en el play store, hay que bajar la apk e instalarla de esa forma (no es difícil pero para un usuario básico se le puede dificultar). Desconozco si en store de Apple se encuentre disponible. Mejor revisen antes de comprarlas.

For 5 years now, I am in my current apartment and can’t seem to organize my stuff. I downsized from a 4 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment and there’s not enough room for all my stuff.This smart QR organization label system helped me put things together and also be able to find things by scanning the QR code outside the boxes

It's probably my own fault for not reading the product information and previous reviews but these are useless in the UK. The associated phone app isn't available in the UK (apple nor android), even using a VPN to 'pretend' I was in the US doesn't work.There's probably a lesson here somewhere, if I could be bothered to think anymore about it.

In theory, these are a great idea. I was really hoping they would work and the sample ones that are printable seem to work okay, but the associated app doesn't work. It crashes every time you try to assign a photo to a QR code sticker.
