I use this dryer in the salon to process hair color. I’ve used it about 30 times now with no problems. I haven’t had an issue with the hood staying down. It was packaged really well - sturdy box with plenty of tape and quite a bit of foam protection inside. The handle and the legs went on easily. The heat seems consistent. It might not be the best dryer for thick hair with large rollers - the hood wouldn’t be big enough.

Use in a salon setting. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while, and wish I had made a video. It is noisy! and when you go to lift the hood, it almost flips over every time! I’m surprised it hasn’t put a hole in the wall from flipping upward as they lift the hood. It just literally takes off! Wish I could replace it but since it works, I will keep it for now. We have another one that’s 38 years old that we tend to use first. I don’t recommend this at all!

Not easy to use or move. Quit working before 2 years

Haven’t had it that long so time will tell. It’s a bit noisy and the neck is a bit hard to adjust on the hood… keeping fingers crossed that it holds up

The media could not be loaded.  I purchase dryer 3 of them , 3 months later 1 started smoking, now 1 is getting very hot on low speed , would not recommend to purchase

I've used in my salon almost 9months, great dryer. Ez to store in small spaces and ez to roll and operate. Large hood accommodates tons of full foils.
