This has a lot of the same issues other gems like this do (I believe they actually all come from the same source because all the ones I've gotten from other brands have the same name on the package and its not always the company that sold them on amazon). I have learned to use spirit gum on bigger gems. They are cute and not just for Halloween. I wore these to a medieval faire for a dragon outfit. They didn't stay on super great but I put them on makeup and I was sweating. I've still got to figure that out but I've worn similar ones in cold weather with makeup with very little problem so it may just be the sweat. It also could be that a lot of the designs lend themselves to being in high motion areas like eyes for me. I smile with my eyes a lot. They definitely adhere better when makeup isn't involved but I've managed to make similar gems last 5 hours with makeup underneath. Even if they only last a couple hours, they're cute and honestly not super costly for how many you get so I'd still buy them.

Got these for Halloween so we didn't have to paint faces this year, they looked good but not even 5 minutes in to wearing them they started to fall off, we had to keep pressing them back on but finally decided to scrap them and through them out.

I tried these both day and night. Day without any makeup. Night with makeup AND $10 spirit gum adhesive. All fell off. At the end of the night I had one on my face. I started with 3 large and 6-9 small. I don’t know what I could have possibly done wrong based on these other reviews unless they were free items or people don’t sweat. I finally stopped picking them up off the ground. Im going to attempt to send back as they were a test trial for Halloween at my sons baseball event; EPIC FAIL..I WANTED THESE TO WORK SO BADLY. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME TIPS TO TRY AGAIN FOR HALLOWEEN?! As mentioned I’ve tried both with and without makeup & spirit gum!!!!

This makes for a fun activity. It is easy to use and comes with everything you need. You will have fun putting this on your kids and letting them put them on you.
