I bought this for my 60 pound rottweiler, and after enlisting the help of my dog's dog trainer to put this on it was a failed mission. Perhaps if my dog stayed perfectly still for a few minutes, which is an unrealistic expectation, then we could have gotten the harness on, but the harness has so many straps that it became very confusing as to which strap goes where.A suggestion to the manufacturer would be to either label or color-code the straps so you know which goes where. Seriously, this was the most UN-user friendly piece of training equipment I have ever come across.

For three years we have tried to get our dog to stop jumping on my mom when he first sees her, and we have tried a knee to the chest, shock collars, and vinegar sprays to no avail. Though this harness is a little difficult to put on, the first time she came home with him having it on, HE DIDN'T JUMP ON HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was not impressed with product.. my dog had on for 5 minutes and the clip broke..

i fine that the jump pet harness does not work the dog still jumps and does not pay any attention to it, was a waste of money...

Kept the dog from jumping but it was a hassle putting it on him. Great product but not the easiest thing to put on.

I had hoped that the poor reviews of this product were situations that were a little more than the product could do. They do sell no jump harnesses at Petsmart for about $30 I learned after I bought this one. This harness is difficult to assemble, and it hobbles the dog so that they cannot walk, not just so that they can't jump. I had hoped to put my 70 lb. Shepherd mix in the back yard, watch her and then have her learn that she could not jump over my back fence. I did not intend to leave her unattended. The harness hobbled her, and when I loosened it so that she could walk she laid in the grass and chewed it off in the two minutes while I had my back turned watering plants. I was not able to return it since I had opened the package, so that is $50 down the drain. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The harness was a slight bit of a challenge to get a proper fit (of course a wiggly 45 pound 5 month old puppy didn't help). Once it was on we could see the benefits from the start. Unfortunately, he chewed through the material in no time. Wish one could be designed with the nylon fabric for the collar and a light-weight chain ( like that used on small dogs leashes. ????

You won't post this but the dog was way big for this! It posted no size on it! Dog still jumped with 1st application! Highly disSAPROVE!
