Emeril Everyday Emeril Lagasse Forever Pans, Hard-Anodized Nonstick, Black (9.5 Inch Fry Pan with Lid)

I bought one pan to try them out. Buying the set and getting rid of everything else. Followed the seasoning instructions. Food doesn’t stick at all. The only way I can describe it is that food floats in the pan. Amazing. No comparison. Anolon deteriorated immediately and everything sticks to it. Same with Le Creuset which does not age well. Not sure how the couple of bad reviews happened (or why they are shown at the top of an almost 5 star list), but don’t hesitate. If you’re cautious like myself, buy one and check it out. You won’t be disappointed. Happy cooking (and cleaning)!

I’m 70. In all those years I tried almost everything. This pan is sooo easy to clean. Just wipe with a paper towel. Nothing STICKS to it. Food just slides around. I can’t believe it. Makes cooking fun and no worries about cleaning. You can spray it with Pam or use bacon grease or a little butter Like you would any pan. The only difference is nothing sticks and it slides all over And my eggs slide right out. Hamburgers steaks even cheese will not stick. I actually have fun using it.

I've tried so many, so far this pan has surpassed them all and my expectations. Plus it came with a cover I use now all the time. It sustains high heat. My other non-stick pans did not, they warped or smelled funny. This pan heats amazingly even and very well made. Just looking at it I could tell I purchased well. So far I totally swear by it. I use it every day. I absolutely LOVE it! Thank-you Emeril Lagasse. You are my hero! 👍♥️🥰

Like the infomercial shows, nothing sticks, easy to clean. Scrambled eggs stick to all my other non-stick pans. Not this one.

The pan is advertised as a forever pan. It did its nonstick job very well when it was new. I used it exclusively to fry chopped onions and two eggs for breakfast every day. Also, I only used a wooden spatula. The pan may have nice construction features and materials, but its claimed forever nonstick property is the only reason I bought it. At first, eggs would slide out, very nice. After about a year of use, I must now use a spatula to scrape the eggs loose to turn them over, naturally breaking soft egg yokes, ugh. Will buy a new and much cheaper pan more frequently.
