Order shipped in a timely manner. As soon as I got the package I tested the seeds: 42 hours later I had 4 sinkers and 2 floaters (that’s pretty good, commercial growers expect 15% viability). By the time I got the seeds out of the water I had one more sinker. Placed the seeds in individual Solo cups (including the remaining floater) with potting soil, labeled the floater and late sinker, and now we wait…Update on 04/14: the first seed germinated.

Not a single seed germinated and I let them go for months indoors, in perfect conditions and nothing, so extremely disappointing and just a waste.

Fingers crossed.

All I received were duds. Not one sprouted. I’m very sad because I was really hyped to have this as a plant in my garden. Not all seeds are going to be viable, it’s just disappointing when all you receive are not.

Out of six seeds, only one has germinated, and it has not broken the surface of the soil, it was planted a week and a half ago

Worthless, followed directions exactly and not a single seed has germinated nor have I read a positive review. Don't waste your money.

After carefully stratifying the seeds including soaking them for 36 hours. Not a single seed sank or germinated. There is no way to contact the seller through the app.Update. Several months later one seed did germinate after moving it outdoors.Second update. The one surviving seed is doing well still. Updating review with the recommendation to stratify seeds outside.Third update. My little tea plant is still going strong. Has a few leaves. These must grow really slow.
