Love this strap, it has made all the difference in my stretching for my hamstrings and quads.I’m glad I got the long one. I’m 6” tall, and when I’m doing a quad stretch - on my stomach on the floor - it makes it much easier.

This stretch strap is of a good quality. I love having the ability to use the multiple loops. Having the multiple hoops helps you move in and out of poses quickly without have to readjust a belt. Because I'm a larger woman I need this strap to help me get stronger in my poses. I would recommend it for a beginner yogi. I'm able to use it on the days when I don't go to practice to keep my hips flexible. Sometimes I take it to practice to help me in my hot vinyasa class. I washed the strap after a hot yoga session and it came out fine after taking a tumble in my washing machine and dryer.

The yoga strap is very good...a little thicker than the one used at the yoga studio but no problem with a little more thickness. It doesn't really stretch as elastic would, but it is not supposed to, so this is positive. In all a very useful and well-made product. I am very satisfied with it and I love the vibrant color!

Though I have just started using this strap, its looks like it will be a fine replacement for the strap it is replacing. I was skeptical about using multiple loops instead of an adjustable buckle for getting the right fit, but it does work. I have only used it for a few weeks, so I do not know how long it will last. But its construction appears sturdy.

I've never used any other strap for stretching or yoga so I cannot offer any comparison. But the length is perfect and so are the individual loops for foot placement! Has to be easier than those other straps with the rings or clamps! And I love the purple!

I love this! Much better than the basic non-looped straps that you have to hold with both arms when doing leg stretches. I have a shoulder injury that makes things a bit tricky, not to mention it's easier on your grip. I like to hold my leg stretches for a long time as I have very tight hamstrings/calves, so this is perfect. It seems great quality for the price, I am impressed.

It does the thing, it helps you stretch. For the price it beats the heck out of trying to sew two dog leashes together. Solid construction, quality feel, works for people over 6 ft tall, if its length is a concern to you. Only complaint is that it attracts quite a bit of cat hair, (which is more my fault for having a fluffy cat).

I’ve only used this a few times now, but it really helps get a good stretch, and serves its purpose well!
