I would straight away applaud customer care, as it was already 1 month I had bought this product but due to some reason could not install, however post installation found that ro membrane is not working upto its mark for reducing TDS, after calling they attended my complaint and replaced the product, only that I had to ship the original one before. The replacement was working perfect. My routine RO supplier mentioned 2K cost just for changing the RO membrane, now you can imagine the amount saved with all filters. Thank you.

The media could not be loaded.  Good but low life product

I think They send FR 450 defective whith there known. After passing water from Carbon And Sediment filter tds Not down and remain same means they quality is not Good. Membrane reduce tds 150 other item sender by company Defective. Not Too Good Product

TDS after replacing the kit was elevated to the range of 259-300 while it was 70 before replacement. I had to use a different membrane to get it to 70. To be on the safe side, I replaced other components as well. I suggest you refrain from buying this kit.

After 2 weeks of usage, membrane housing was cracked near drain exit point. Upon contacting Seller with the issue, Seller (Shapure) promptly sent a new membrane housing without any questioning and newly delivered item is working perfectly fine. Earlier i thought it is a poor quality product, however it is evident that it is not. It is a good product. Unfortunately, earlier i was delivered with a housing with manufacturing defect.The main point is. I am extremely happy with the service and responsiveness of Shapure. Worth Buying. Recommended.

Kit is working perfect... mineral filter could be better but at this price you must go for it...
